Dear Joynetters in Christ, HAIL JESUS KING! The Lord has blessed us with a boy baby (2nd child). My wife Leena gave birth on 13th March (Thursday) at 1.00 p.m. The delivery was normal and the weight of the baby 2.95 kg. Both Leena and the baby are doing fine and in good health. A special thank you to each and every one for your prayers. May the Lord bless you abundantly! Reg. Jessy, she was discharged from the hospital alongwith the baby on 13th March. Both Jessy and the baby are keeping fine and in good health. This is the first time that the Lord has blessed Jessy to take the baby home. Jessy's 1st 2nd babies who lived for 53 days 20 days respectively expired in the hospital itself. Surely, this time the Lord worked wonders mainly because so many people had prayed for Jessy including from our Joynet group. Thanks to each one of you. Dear Joynetters, PRAISE JESUS KING! Thanks for praying for Jessy. The Lord has blessed Nelson Jessy with a boy baby. The weight of the baby - 2.75 kgs. Both Jessy and the baby are doing fine. The baby is very active and doing the normal chores. For the sake of observation and also to avoid infection because of visitors, they have kept the baby in incubator. Every 2 hours the baby is taken for feeding. Actually, for the first-two children, Jessy could not even feed them. But this time, the Lord has heard the prayers of so many people who were praying for Jessy. Once again thanking all the Joynetters for their prayers and a special thank you for all those who had mailed me assuring of their prayers. I have one more prayer request. We are expecting our 2nd baby within 10 days. The due date for my wife Leena is 18th March. Pray that the Lord may bless Leena with normal delivery and healthy baby and also that the Lord prepares our son Jeffrey (4 1/2 years old) to receive the new person who is coming into this world. He heard weird sounds as a lady walking with anklets and also peeping through the window which none of us could see/hear. We thought he was being troubled by some satanic forces and suggested going to the Charismatic priests at Hyderabad (Muthangi). He went there and also tried to visit many other Catholic priests to seek their prayers. But all he got was waiting. Probably God was testing him to see his patience. That's what we used to tell him at least. Later due to one of his so called Muslim friends he managed to reach one such person who was a Muslim (Baba) and had prayed for him and only after that he could sleep peacefully. This is the entire incident that happened. Now he spends 6-7 hours a day in prayer. We do not know what he prays, he started studying religion, and he speaks about Muslim religion in comparison to Christianity (relating it to the Old Testament). But he is not the same. We want to see him come back to Christianity and are very troubled with his current state. Now knowing this reason, Please help and guide us how to work with him on this to find the savior. Dear Friends in Jesus Christ, Last month, I had requested everybody to pray for me to get my Driving Licence in Canada.By the grace of and and the power of the prayer of all, I passed out G' Driving Licence directly without going through the normal steps of GI, G2 and G with the first attempt itself. Since I was driving in Dubai, I could give one shoot Test for G directly for one time. If you fail, you need to start from the begining. I would not have achieved this without the grace of God. Many people suggested and advised me not to take a chance. Through the prayer, I got courge to give test directly. My wife, Geethu will also giving test like this during Jan 2002. Please keep her in your prayers. I am sorry for acknowledging this grace late. Also, I made prayer request for getting a job of Office line. Gracefully, I got a decent Office job for the last two days. Please keep me in your prayers to fulfill this job successfully. Dear Fruiends, Hope you remember me asking for your prayers for Kairos-2002, the national conference of Charismatic Prayer group leaders in America. We had the conference last weekend (Fri-Sun). Thanks to all the prayers, it went on well even against so many adverse situations. We had unusual weather on the opening day, heavy rains that blocked the roads and made people stranded on the roads for many hours. So many came late, some had to find their own way, some had to walk long miles etc. But beyond all these we had a very nice time together. Many new faces, new voices, new ideas, etc. We thank the Lord and all of you. Fr. Thomas Tharayil USAd by an ambulance. Arriving in front of God, she demanded, I thought you said I had another 40 years? Why didn't you pull me from out of the path of the ambulance? Hi friends, Thanks a lot 4 ur prayers. The North Indian Youth Leaders Gathering went well. The joyfulness of the youth gave a great Joy into our hearts. When we were sitting in round, and sharing our memories went back to EMMAUS (Kerala CCR Centre JY Centre). CC Joseph after the Jodpur pgm, Sunil Jayamma from Delhi came on the last day of the Pgm. There was a sitting with nearly 14 of the participants of different regions and they were motivated to build the Kingdom in their own areas. They have gone with great dreams. But the question is if they all demand for JY pgms in their own regions, how can we provide the resourse persons? Are baiyo aur bahino jaldi se jaldi Hindi seeko (Brothers sisters, pls learn Hindi language as soon as possible). The main thing decided with a sitting with CC is to have a North Indian leaders gathering at Agra on 1st 2nd February 2003. We are asked to Co-ordinate it. Pls pray especially for the North Indian Youth. Yesterday Santhosh, Naveen Shaju had gone for pgms for children in Chanda Nagpur. I take this opportunity to thank all of you for the wishes for my Birthday today. I started my day at the Lord's house and after I reached my office I checked my mail and found the first mail was a birthday wish from Fr. Tharayil. It is blessed to start the day from God's ordained. Thank you Fr. Tharayil. Then I had wishes from Fr. Thomas Mathew who then came online for a chat, but I was not on my seat then and so missed him. I thank above all the Lord most high for the grace filled 31 years of life and the rest of the years He has in store for me. It was a day I badly wanted to speak to my wife but because I have no privacy in the office till 5.30 pm I was supposed to wait till then to talk to her, but the loving Lord did not want me to wait that long, so He had my wife call me up here in my office instead. The first time ever that I had someone call and international call to wish me a Happy Birthday. To sum it all up, I thank the good Lord, Fr. Tharayil, Fr. Thomas, my wife Sheeba, my sister Annie and all of you my friends for having made this 31st Birthday a very JOYful and a memorable one. Praise the Lord. Dear friends Thanks for your warm welcome. let me introduce you about myself. Am from Kalady in Kerala, now working in Bahrain as webdeveloper. I came to Bahrain last January in free visa. I started my career in Bahrain as a Webdeveloper from last march. At that time there wasn't any problem for people who were working in free visa. On June, the govt started checking offices and shops for free visa workers, and i was still in free visa. I was too tensed, i prayed a lot, i wasn't able to concentrate on my work, and my firm hadn't assured me that they will provide me a visa. But i always knew that God will not let me down, and whatever happens in my life is according to his wish and will only. So one day i asked the management about my visa, i was not sure that they will provide me a visa. But it was a surprise for me that they agreed to give me a visa. It was like a miracle, and Lord once again proved to me that he will be always with me in all my ups and downs! . Every document for my visa was cleared without any problem and i got my visa within a week. Thanks to LORD. I hope joynetters from Bahrain had already informed u regarding the free visa problem here. The 6 months grace period is over, and the govt isn't considering the extension of the grace period. Many are still in free visa who were not able to change the visa. Dear friends, Praise God for his faithfulness. He has said he'll never leave us nor forsake us, and He is faithful enough to keep His promise. My presentation went well yesterday, i didnot feel tensed and my sound didnot waver. The judging panel consisted of one of the tough persons in our company. He said, the presentation was very good, but he didnot find the contents he expected. And so i was made conditionally accepted. That means i have to take in front of the training department (not in front of VP PM :- ) again with the additional contents. But i don't feel bad or desp. Actually i was so happy. Happy abt the goodness of my Lord. You, know our Lord is concerned even with the smallest details in our life. He knew I'll be sad if i was not accepted, so he made the people in the judging panel say that - 'your presentation was very good, very pleasing, but unfortunately,.'. I thank all of you for praying for me. Your prayers was a real tower for me. Especially thanks to those who mailed me. For the first time, yesterday i prayed for JOYnet :-) Praise God. Dear friends, Two days ago I mailed this network a prayer request and I was overwhelmed by prayerful assurances I recevied.I really felt like I belonged to this big'family-army' of God.Yestrerday when i went to work,I suddenly Felt a surge of powerful confidence surrounding me.Something that I've never felt before.I became calm cool and carried out my duties to the utmost satisfaction of my manager.Everyone arround me was shocked with the sudden overnight transition ,but I was'nt shocked because I knew it was my dear Jesus who was by my side all throughout the day.But the best is yet to be told.At the end of the day when I was about to go home after a good efficient day's work,I receive another call offering me a job with a higher pay.When I asked god for a little he gave me ten fold of what I asked for .Is'nt he so good.I just can't keep thanking the Lord!!
