Patrick have you tried setting a data pattern??
That's what I did and it works a treat for only monitoring a given subnet.

From my limited experience, I usually go by the name of the image.
an m means run from memory, and a z means the image is compressed.
ie. c1700-bno3r2sy756i-mz.121-3.XT1.bin
