Looks like you have only clients installed on your system. So go and
download wu-ftpd and install it. To configure it use Webmin (
http://www.webmin.com ).
Be carefull with configuration. If you have questions about it you know
where we are.

I am running on RH8. I have problem to start apache with a startup
script "/etc/init.d/httpd start". I get back an error :

But I can start it directly with "/usr/sbin/httpd -k start" without any
