That would be consistent with an unplayable URL - unplayable for some
reason such as out of date URL, unsupported
Okay, I give, I don't know why it did the "tmp:///P:..." stuff in that
playlist! I just did a couple of test new playlists on both my 7.9.4
(after it just updated today) and my 8.0 systems and it generated the
playlists the way I would have expected "P:\Mp3 Music\...". Again, all
music is local a

Not sure what the station log is.
If I select Radionet favorite using the Jivelite internal UI, it does
not play. But the screen shows: Radio Cafe Zimmerman ( Munich, Ge

I don't really understand the difference in the two problems.
But the logos for stations I have searched for in Radionet and saved to
favorites, appear in the list of favorites even though they will not
play
unless selected by the web interface.
Is that what you mean?

There appears to be some debug logging that you can enable in
Slim/Plugin/UPnP/Discovery.pm
The routine _read is where things should go when a request comes in.
However, it is hard to look for something that does not appear ...
especially when it runs fine for a long time.

Active State have also removed access to their perl package manager
repositories..at least the older ones like
http://ppm4.activestate.com/MSWin32-x86/5.14/ is gone. Which means you
can no longer update any modules

Now everything works again. I tend to think that most probably the cure
was a complete reset of the ADSL router, although I did also disable all
LMS plugins Im not using, set the network radio station buffer and
timeout values to maximum( 30s), disable AAC format, and set Squeezeplay
to proxied s

This ecosystem has been on life support for years and dependent on a few
amazing people and some commitment from Logitech. It can't last and
maybe we need a strategy to retreat to the linux platforms?

They won't notice a small box hiding behind the router - potentially
powered by the USB socket on that same router (if you get something less

It's a weird Radionet plugin issue - station play OK from Plugin but not
when saved as a Favorite - something is being lost when saved as a

Compared to first post, you have changed all problem Favorites from
Radiotime to Radionet. Just to make sure
Hi,
I'm currently running LMS 7.9.4 on a Raspi 3B+ (max2play) with UPnP
Media Interface plugin activated. Basically, everything is working well
and DLNA performance (seen from DLNA "only" clients) is quite nice. But

still being Covid-quiet here. Though I think that, for me, it's really

Heavens - this has sent a small chill through my Win10 heart!
I can perhaps add that, over the years, I've "evangelised" the
Squeezebox world to many friends, and been their (very simple) tech
support. Almost all Win, a few Mac. I think that now, without
