For more than 3 years now, I have heard widespread reports of aircraft leaving cross-hatching chemical trails in the sky. Being a former award-winning aviation writer, I initially wrote these stories off as reports from persons unaccustomed to the common vapor trails left in the wake of high-flying aircraft. But now Iâm not so sure. The other morning from my front porch I watched as several jet aircraft, at least two running parallel, created tic-tac-toe patterns in an otherwise cloudless North Texas sky. I would estimate these craft at somewhere around 20,000 feet. The trails spread outward, blended, and within two hours had created a hazy cloud cover with only occasional patches of blue sky. By afternoon I was wheezing and experiencing a shortness of breath. Most interesting was yet another jet at a much higher altitude, no less than 30,000 feet, which also led a sharply-defined condensation or vapor trail. In this case, however, the trail dissipated and totally disappeared as expected from evaporation in low humidity of North Texas. This was a true vapor trail. But what about the lower ones? This experience brought home to me the claims of many people across the country who have reported large military-type aircraft leaving crossing trails which blend together into a cirrus cloud cover and settle to earth. Such reports have been coming in from all over the continental 48 states for more than three years now and some of the stories I had heard came to mind. One came from a producer friend, who early in 1999 stood on a Hollywood set and watched a large tanker plane make several trips up and down the California coast leaving a trail which coalesced into a hazy cloud which drifted over Los Angeles. This was clearly not a normal point A to point B flight. Another story came from a retired police and military pilot in Oklahoma who witnessed KC-135 and KC-10 military craft crisscrossing the sky near his home in mid-January. Later he became ill and learned from his doctor that the local hospitals were overflowing with patients suffering from flu-like symptoms. Checking with his former National Guard unit, this man was told that no one knew anything about the craft and their trails but that they had been ordered not to fly in the area of the craft on the days in question. Even more worrisome was the report from the owner or a large Funeral Home near Dallas-Fort Worth who said deaths this February were twice as high as the same time last year with no sign of waning. Most of these were elderly person suffering from respiratory ailments. Doctors report an increasing number of respiratory ailments and one pharmacist I know told he had not seen such widespread respiratory problems in his more than 30 years of experience. Washington reporter Mike Blair wrote in January that what has been dubbed âchemtrailsâ is actually âanti-bacteriological warfare chemicals being tested by the federal government.â Some of Blairâs sources told him that the covert spraying is being conducted by the super secret Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), a charge the agencyâs director has denied. Considering the objections raised by members of the U. S. military who last year were ordered to undergo Anthrax inoculations coupled with the prospect of public panic, it has been theorized that the government is attempting to covertly immunize the general population. It has been reported that this program gained it legality from US Code Title 50, Section 1520, which gives the Secretary of Defense authority to order testing âinvolving the use of a chemical agent or biological agent on a civilian populationâ for research purposes. But this theory fails when the chemical composition of the chemtrails is considered. Last April, samples from these chemtrails were analyzed by a facility in Victoria, British Columbia, which is licensed by the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and found to contain in addition to JP-8 jet fuel (possibly the carrier medium which contains the additive ethylene dibromide, banned as a pesticide due to causing severe respiratory reactions even at low levels) numerous pathogens, disease causing agents. These included Pseudomonas Aeruginosa, which not only causes respiratory infection but also attacks the immunization system; Serratia Marcescens, an antibiotic-resistant bacteria which causes pneumonia, endocarditis and meningitis; as well as Streptomyces and molds capable of inducing heart disease, upper respiratory and gastrointestinal ailments. UK, Friday 30 August 2002 Whilst the Chemtrails issue remains unresolved one necessarily looks askance at events that otherwise would probably attract little thought or attention, unless one were personally involved. Similarly, and for the same reason, one is tempted to see connections between events where, in other circumstances, such connections might not suggest themselves. One such event, or rather, series of events, is the veritable plague of mysterious diseases that has swept across the UK in recent months. We have an outbreak of Legionnaires Disease (that rather curious illness about which insufficient is known, and the genesis of which still remains clouded in uncertainty) in Cumbria, followed just a couple of weeks afterward by another outbreak in Bedfordshire, then, within days, yet another outbreak in Birmingham. All, according to at least one public health official, supposedly unconnected. Of the little that is known about Legionnaires Disease, some things remain constant. Allegedly non-communicable person-to-person, the victim generally becomes infected through inhalation of contaminated water-vapour droplets generated (so current thinking has it) by such things as poorly-maintained evaporative air-conditioning units, etc. Previous by just a couple of weeks to this series of Legionnaires' outbreaks there was a spate of mysterious infections and illnesses in Scotland, with contaminated water appearing to be the common denominator. Then there is the, albeit undocumented, proliferation of strange cold- and flu-like ailments that seem to develop into some sort of chronic bronchial and throat -related conditions, becoming widespread since about the late 90s. Nor has wildlife escaped unscathed. Just a month or so ago we were hearing reports of masses of seals being washed up on the coastline, having expired from the mystery PDV (phocine distemper virus) illness that was first identified in 1998 (the most common cause of death after infection being pneumonia!). Little is heard of this outbreak now, but presumably it is still occurring, for the magnitude of the infection was such as to cause alarm with concerns being raised about the possible decimation of the species. And just within the past few days cases were being reported of the sparrow population falling victim to yet another mystery illness. (A propos of this let's not forget that even now the US is experiencing an outbreak of West Nile Fever. Whilst mosquitoes are normally regarded as a principal carrier of this disease, recent speculation has focussed upon sparrows also! And what of the outbreak of Dengue Fever that afflicted Brazil just a few months back?) It seems to go on and on and, human nature being what it is, we cannot help but ask what the hell's happening? That water appears to be some sort of vector in so many of these cases is, to say the least, suggestive. Moreover, because in none of these cases has a satisfactory explanation been forthcoming it is all too easy to begin to see a single thread underlying them all. Trying desperately hard not to fall into the trap of jumping too hastily to unwarranted conclusions, and thus blinding ourselves to other possibilities, nevertheless the temptation to read all of these events as discrete symptoms of a common underlying cause is almost too great to resist and, given the nature of Chemtrails activities, it doesn't require an overly-active imagination to begin to see one possible contender for this common cause. On this March 12th morning in 2001, Lou did not mention his sighting as S.T. indulged in caffeine. Sipping gratefully, she glanced out the window. It looked like another gorgeous, cloudless day. But not quite. Brendt baulked at several chalk marks scrawled across the crystalline blue sky. "Contrails or chemtrails?" she jokingly remarked. Lou got up and looked. In relation to the aerosol operations that continue to be conducted without citizen consent, there has been a wholesale failure of the national media organizations to fulfill that role with any level of dignity. In the face of such a callous disregard for the welfare of the citizenry, one would hope that the so-called "alternative media" would serve as a champion to compensate for the needs of any deprived or manipulated audience. Isolated and limited examples of thorough and truthful disclosure through this alternative media have surfaced and they are entitled to their due praise. There remains, however, a tall order of deficiency that requires confrontation, exposure and accountability to serve the larger and more important goals of public awareness, knowledge and activism. It has become apparent by now that I usually refrain from comments of a personal nature with respect to the aerosol operations. In contrast, this page is explicitly presented to the reader as an editorial comment, with the underlying motive to express concern and alarm at the failure of the last bastions of the free press and media to serve the public interest. The criminal aerosol operations have nothing to do with any "belief" system; the knowledge painstakingly acquired over the last three years by a myriad of researchers and concerned citizens is factual, observable and subject to rigorous examination by all parties that seek the truth on that which is affecting their lives, health and welfare. To characterize carefully accumulated evidence of photography, videography, air filtration and rainfall samples, spectroscopy, meteorological studies, laboratory and chemical analyses, microscopy, aviation physics, direct methods of particulate observation, visibility studies, deteriorating air quality, insurance exclusions, drought considerations, plasma physics and electromagnetic considerations, biological investigations, eyewitness testimony, fleeting congressional legislation, federal mortality and illness statistics, and the patent and documented failure of federal and state officials and organizations to adequately address the civil calls for investigation as a "belief" is disingenuous at best. The events now recorded as a part of our history are both physical and factual; to cloak the vast body of evidence now available to us all as a "belief" indicates manipulation, strategy, denial and speciousness. But the focus on chimney stacks and car exhaust rising from the ground is distracting world attention from a far more apocalyptic operation underway in the sky: global warming mitigation. While environmentalists have long argued that a warm, fuzzy blanket of greenhouse gas threatens to melt polar ice caps, one of the most ambitious global engineering initiatives in earth's history may have already started above and over our heads. Evidence is now literally floating in the air for various projects underway, documented by patents and confirmed by whistleblowers, in militaryspeak: aerial spraying, scattering and chaff operations. Although we got the bomb, thankfully, the glowing harbours never got the green light. But on April 24, 2001, the New York Times confirmed that he had indeed "promoted the idea of manipulating the earth's atmosphere to counteract global warming." The Spin: a lining of aluminum chaff scattered into the upper atmosphere to create a sun screen - like a giant emergency blanket wrapping the earth - to reflect UV radiation back into space and save the world! Brilliant! A chrome-plated planet. But here's the catch: What goes up, must come down. Over three months, three separate rainwater and snow samples from Chapel Hill, North Carolina were collected and submitted for 'double-blind' laboratory analysis in March, 2002. Tests were ordered for several elements which should not be present in normal rain or snow. The result was devastating news about the health of our ecosystem: all samples consistently revealed enough of the following materials to indicate that they were present in the atmosphere "in large amounts...and concentrated form" through a "very controlled delivery (dispersion)," primarily: aluminum and barium. Follow the chemical trail, from A-Z. Aluminum, inhaled or ingested, as we have all been warned, makes us forget the warnings that aluminum makes us forgetin other words: Aluminum - bad. Barium compounds that dissolve well in water (like rain) will cause a whole host of symptoms, from breathing difficulties to brain swelling. Barium is hygroscopic, a dessicant or drying agent: itchy eyes, burning throat, asthma, allergies, nose and lung bleeds. Barium - really bad. Just ask Readi Kilowatt's chemical counterpart, Mr. Yuk! Most of us will remember the mean, green man who stopped us from downing a bottle of Bleach when we were six. The Mr. Yuk for our corner of earth is technically the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) in the south, and Environment Canada, where it snows. However, barium hasn't even been classified by the EPA with respect to human carcinogenity because no studies have even been done on people. Surprisingly, aluminum is also a no show on the list of hazardous air pollutants. But check any Material Safety Data Sheet and you'll find barium clearly marked: "DANGER! MAY BE FATAL IF SWALLOWED" with the "Health Rating: 3 - Severe (Life)". Hey kids, bring out your "GOGGLES and GLOVES" Mr. Yuk's taking you on a picnic! But, here's the scary part, on the same Data Sheet, under Environmental Toxicity: "No information found". Barium has twenty times more chronic lethality than the worse organic-chlorinated pesticide (private interview with R. Mike Castle, Nationally Accredited Environmental Risk Auditor). Confusing? For reasons you will understand as you read this I can not divulge my identity. I am an aircraft mechanic for a major airline. I work at one of our maintenance bases located at a large airport. I have discovered some information that I think you will find important. First I should tell you something about the pecking order among mechanics. It is important to my story and to the cause to which you have dedicated yourself. Mechanics want to work on three things. The avionics, the engines, or the flight controls. The mechanics that work on these systems are considered at the top of the pecking order. Next come the mechanics that work on the hydraulics and air conditioning systems. Then come the ones who work on the galley and other non-essential systems. But at the very bottom of the list are the mechanics that work on the waste disposal systems. No mechanic wants to work on the pumps, tanks, and pipes that are used to store the waste from the lavatories. But at every airport where I have worked there are always 2 or 3 mechanics that volunteer to work on the lavatory systems. The other mechanics are happy to let them do it. Because of this you will have only 2 or 3 mechanics that work on these systems at any one airport. No one pays much attention to these guys and no mechanic socializes with another mechanic who only works on the waste systems. In fact I had never thought much about this situation until last month. Like most airlines we have reciprocal agreements with the other airlines that fly into this airport. If they have a problem with a plane one of our mechanics will take care of it. Likewise if one of our planes has a problem at an airport where the other airline has a maintenance base, they will fix our plane. One day last month I was called out from our base to work on a plane for another airline. When I got the call the dispatcher did not know what the problem was. When I got to the plane I found out that the problem was in waste the disposal system. There was nothing for me to do but to crawl in and fix the problem. When I got into the bay I realized that something was not right. There were more tanks, pumps, and pipes then should have been there. At first I assumed that the system had been changed. It had been 10 years since I had worked on one. As I tried to find the problem I quickly realized the extra piping and tanks were not connected to the waste disposal system. I had just discovered this when another mechanic from my company showed up. It was one of the mechanics who usually works on these systems. I happily turned the job over to him. As I was leaving I asked him about the extra equipment. He told me to worry about my end of the plane and let him worry about his! The next day I was on the company computer to look up a wiring schematic. While I was there I decided to look up the extra equipment I had found. To my amazement the manuals did not show any of the extra equipment I had seen with my own eyes the day before. I even tied in to the manufacturer files and still found nothing. Now I was really determined to find out what that equipment did. The next week we had three of our planes in our main hanger for periodic inspection. There are mechanics crawling all over a plane during these inspections. I had just finished my shift and I decided to have a look at the waste system on one of our planes. With all the mechanics around I figured that no one would notice an extra one on the plane. Sure enough, the plane I choose had the extra equipment! I began to trace the system of pipes, pumps, and tanks. I found what appeared to be the control unit for the system. It was a standard looking avionics control box but it had no markings of any kind. I could trace the control wires from the box to the pumps and valves but there were no control circuits coming into the unit. The only wires coming into the unit was a power connection to the aircraft's main power bus. The system had 1 large and 2 smaller tanks. It was hard to tell in the cramped compartment but it looked like the large tank could hold 50 gallons. The tanks were connected to a fill and drain valve that passed through the fuselage just behind the drain valve for the waste system. When I had a chance to look for this connection under the plane I found it cunningly hidden behind a panel under the panel used to access the waste drain. I began to trace the piping from the pumps. These pipes lead to a network of small pipes that ended in the trailing edges of the wings and horizontal stabilizers. If you look closely at the wings of a large airplane you will see a set of wires, about the size of your finger, extending from the trailing edge of the wing surfaces. These are the static discharge wicks. They are used to dissipate the static electric charge

The presence of Aluminum, Barium, Calcium, Magnesium, and
Titanium in the air over a part of the United States is
now formally
documented, in as reliable a way as is available to an
ordinary
American citizen.
Over three months, three separate rainwater and snow
samples from
Chapel Hill, North Carolina, have been collected and
submitted for
formal 'double-blind' laboratory analysis. Tests were
ordered for
several elements that should NOT be present in normal
rain/snow.
The results should have come back marked 'N/D' ('None
Detected')
for all tests...
But, that hope was smashed.
The substances that many of us who have been researching
the
chemtrail issue suspect are in the air --- ARE IN THE
AIR.
And coming down in rain and snow.
Especially BARIUM.
This devastating data points to a deliberate atmospheric
release of
massive quantities of material containing Aluminum,
Barium, Calcium,
Magnesium, Calcium, and Titanium.
These bleak figures also point to the possibility of a
grim outlook for
the humans (and animals) under this chem-bliz 'fallout',
as well as the
entire physical ecosystem.
We were not designed to breathe these materials.
Especially at the
tiny particulate size, which has over and over been
proven to cause
increased death rates. (Most recently by the Journal of
American
Medical Association, 3/6/2002, 'Mortality, and Long-term

More testing is urgently called for.
Other substances may be present -- these five were the

history, to a

I'll give you some hints, but first I'll give you a little information about myself. I'm a retired government scientist with an advanced degree in one of the health-related disciplines. I do not use my real name for fear of retaliation, either against me, or against members of my family. I always try to route my e-mail communications so that they appear to come from another source, usually from one somewhere within the government. Sometimes I use the internet resources of the public library - whatever it takes to hide my true identity and confuse those who don't want the sort of information I possess to fall into the public's hands. I have a small circle of friends who are, or were, in key positions within our military and several government agencies. These are not the very top level personnel, but mid to upper mid-level people, scientists and analysts, who are in positions where they can see the day-to-day activities of what's going on, who are charged with implementing the details, but who are never quite privy to the schemes behind the work they do. Each of my contacts has been able to supply me with a portion of the puzzle, but separately, none of them understands the whole story. I'll tell you what I've pieced together so far. But I have to admit that this information frightens me because there is no place I can go with it. What am I supposed to do - write my congressman? I believe that would be like signing my own death warrant. This whole chemtrail issue is related to the plan for decreasing the world population to around 450-500 million -- and starting with the US first. Why? The people of the US are the only ones with even the remotest chance of stopping this. That is, if they knew about it. That's why the US has to be the first to go. You have to understand that the world's elite covet the US for its geographic diversity - and they would love to return this country to its condition as it existed prior to Columbus setting foot here, but without the Native Americans this time of course. You may have already heard how several national parks have been designated as world biospheres - that's the plan for all of North America,a giant nature park and playground that will be devoid of annoying human beings (that would be us). And the people actually involved in doing the spraying, as well as those who will take part in the rest of the plans, are being duped into believing they will be spared, that is, permitted to live and remain on this continent as administrators and caretakers of this vast nature preserve. I understand that about 150 to 200 thousand people are projected as necessary for maintenance purposes. But it's likely these people will not be Americans. Those in charge wouldn't want to risk the possibility of some sort of revolt, so the workers will probably be brought in from Europe and Asia. There are rumors floating about the internet that the chemtrails are part of some sort of secret program the government is doing to protect the US from future biological attacks. Nothing could be further from the truth. The plan is to sensitize, or condition, the US population to being wiped out by influenza A. Over the past few years, people have been encouraged to get flu shots to protect them against the generally non-lethal strains that circulate through the population during flu season. Each year the US government has guessed which strains were most likely to spread. They seem to always guess right - don't they? This flu season, the government protected people with a trivalent vaccine that included the A/Beijing/262/95-like (H1N1) and the A/Sydney/5/97-like (H3N2). It also contained the B/Beijing/184/93-like hemagglutinin antigens. For those not familiar with virology, the H and N refer to proteins on the outside of the virus, the hemagglutinin and neuraminidase,which are responsible for the virus attaching to, and then invading, a host cell. The public has been quite pleased with the success of the vaccines offered so far. But that will change in the future. Researchers at the US Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (or USAMRIID) at Fort Detrick in Frederick MD have econstructed and modified the H1N1 Spanish Flu virus, making it far more deadly than it ever was back when it was responsible for the 1918-1919 flu pandemic that killed over 20 million worldwide and over 500,000 here in the US. Consider that it could have killed many more, but back then, people couldn't hop on a jet and travel from New York to L.A. in five hours. From the military's own abstract of a workshop on “Chemical Lethality Predictions” we learn that when planes spray deadly chemicals in the form of rain or mist, it is possible to calculate how much of those killer agents can be deposited on each person on the ground. The calculations are so precise that “...ten large VX drops that fall over a populated area have the chance to kill up to 9 out of 10 people.” What business has the military to be spraying “populated areas” with lethal toxins? This is not defense at all. This is genocide. Many Americans have reported seeing or feeling chemical mists fall from the sky during chemtrail spray episodes. Chemtrail investigator Will Thomas reports that people hit by these mists usually become gravely ill within 48 hours. Thomas tells of hiker Joe Burton in Tennessee who, in 1998, was sprayed by a plane leaving a heavy toxic fog at tree-top level. Burton contracted symptoms similar to Gulf War Illness. Strange chemicals had entered his lungs, attacking his liver, gallbladder and kidneys. He was also found to have a very rare flu-like virus that was tracked to Geneva, Switzerland, home of the World Health Organization. Congressional hearings of 1975, 1977 and 1994 confirm in nauseating detail that our illustrious Department of Death has used the American population as hapless guinea pigs since WWII. Rutgers professor Leonard Cole collected from U.S. military records a horrifying list of biological and chemical agents furtively tested on American and Canadian civilian populations. In 1999, Jonathan Moreno of Clinton's Committee on Human Radiation Experiments, also confirmed in his book Undue Risk decades of murderous military-intelligence experimentation on civilians without their knowledge or consent. In 1953, an odious series of 36 tests was conducted on citizens of Winnipeg in Canada. Our government lied to the Winnipeg mayor, assuring him that the tests were non-toxic and defense-necessary. The actual purpose of these CIA-designed tests was to see how large a percentage of the population could be given chemical-induced cancer. Our spray planes and spray trucks saturated the people of Winnipeg with the carcinogen zinc cadmium sulfide, the same chemical sprayed on many American cities. By calculating the number of people who subsequently came into medical clinics complaining of sore throats, bronchial problems and ringing ears, the test-masters determined that had the chemical not been watered down, they could have induced cancer in one-third of the Winnipeg population. In 1994, Dr. Cole testified before a Senate committee that he feared the military might develop new and genetically engineered pathogens. He could not have known then that our government had been working on such heinous pathogens since the 1960s, when it initiated a special virus cancer program in order to create contagious cancers for biowarfare. They made an atmospheric RF duct with a base of barium aerosol from aircraft. The chemical and electrical characterics of the mixture will cause water moisture to stay in clouds. Again, the aerosol sets up an electrical and chemical environment that supports RF ducting for the RFMP / VTRPE warfare system. Fibers with barium may support ducting. The mixture of barium salt aerosol when sprayed in a straight line will also provide a ducting path from point A to point B and will enable high frequency communications along that path, even over the curvature of the earth, in both directions. -Caveat Lector- As George W. Bush was being sworn-in as President today, the skies over Austin Texas were being crisscrossed with chemtrails. The skies were mostly clear until almost noon and then the high altitude spraying began. Three jets flying abreast spewed out the thick white streams from the southeast to the northwest. They flew almost directly over the State Capital Building. Then a little later, they flew over in a crossing pattern making a huge grid of chemtrails. There is no mistaking what these were. They hung in the sky for at least an hour as the spread out to a width of several miles until the skies were about half "cloudy". I saw several other high-flying jets at this same time which were not leaving any contrails at all. Over a period of two hours, I saw other jets leave ordinary contrails which dissipated within 2 minutes. One wonders if the new President is aware of what is happening in the skies over America. I recently finished reading "Majestic" by Whitley Strieber. In this book, he used what little is known for certain about the Roswell crash as a springboard for his story. He says, "This novel is based on a factual reality that has been hidden and denied." Chapter 19 describes the design of MAJIC, divided, as it is, into 12 parts to preserve secrecy by compartmentalization. Many of us are curious about what's happening in our skies regarding Chemtrails. Theories abound as to motive: vaccine program, depopulation program, "innocuous" readiness testing, etc. Reading the following gave me pause: (quote page 230) MJ-11 Position MJ-11 is Coordinator for Biological and Behavioral Sciences. The mission of the MJ-11 position is to collect information as to the nature of alien biology, brain function and behavior. It is especially important to be determined if any viruses, bacteria, gases, chemicals or radioactive elements might be effective as weapons. (end quote) Maybe what is being sprayed is an effective agent against biological alien entities or their crafts... ? If there were indeed biological entities taken at Roswell or elsewhere, tissues could be tested for reactions. Pieces of the craft could also be tested. If effective chemical or biological agents have been found over the years to adversely effect either entities or crafts, and if these were being sprayed in our skies, the question would be, "Why now?" During our search for a cave in the Grand Canyon recently, we spotted a chemtrail that later began dropping wispy tendrals that resembled spider's webs. The next day myself and another person in the group developed respiratory problems similar to the start of a cold or sore throat. After a few days the symptoms went away and I did not ever have a cold. Strange. They are even spraying the Grand Canyon! I took a photo and will post it soon. Please don't ask me where the cave is. Some said, they felt disoriented The above symptoms add up to what sounds like flue like symptoms, and according to other reports that I have seen over the past few years, I read where there were a few hospitals or clinics, that reported a large number of people coming in with flue like symptoms after a chem-trail had been sprayed above their area. And, that in the analysis, along with the jet fuel that is obviously noxious, and poisonous to one degree or another, that was only on part of many other parts of bio contents, that the chem-spray residue also contained virus type things, and other elements that cause meningitis, heart problems, repiritory problems, to only name but a few. But the analysis was clear to show, that there were more then one ingrediant, that was found in the chem-spray residue. I am not aware what Interpherone is. But as I said, I don't believe the chem-spray is made up of just one thing, as the analysis reports show clearly, there are many elements in the spray. Also, are they spraying something that is to protect us from maybe bio warfare that may be either coming from some country, or has already come, or something (just guessing). WEll, I don't think thats the case. I don't because, I have been reading reports from people who are ill from a chem-spray, and their illness's or illness's have been going on since they were sprayed, which is anywhere from a few months, to two years. It is a fact, that when people get flue shots, they often get ill from the shot. They do, because they are actually getting a small does in the shot, of actual flue! This strengthens the human immunity against the full blown flue. So when the flue does come, those that have had the shots, don't get the flue. But my point here, is if the government is spraying us that is a form of being a protective dosage of something, to stave off being really affected from whatever is supposed to be sprayed on us, that will either really injur us badly, or worse yet, cause death. Well, as it is the flue shot, the effects of being sick from the flue shot only last a few days to maybe a week, then goes away. But from many of the reports I have read of those claiming to be affected and ill from the chem-trails, have been ill for months up to a year or two. That kind of blows the idea out of the water, that the government maybe spraying us with a protective bio chemical or anti-virus, as the effects would surely wear off in a few days, and not linger as some victims are stating, which months to years. Something dangerous is being sprayed into the air! There are many people getting sick! Not only that, I got a report the other day, of a person who explained in detail, that he feels he was purposely sprayed, and felt like he was targeted, as he is involved in getting out some really good information about UFO activity near a air force base! I would have to say, from everything I have seen and read, and those that I have spoken to by telephone, and through e-mail, that I am convinced the chem-spray is for anything but our good health. And I totally believe, that the chem-spray is purposely being sprayed on humans . And those in the know, that know this, and are doing it, know exactly what they are doing. As long as we are clear about when we are speculating and not present it as fact, we're being constructive. It's crucial that we report the speculations of others. When asked what the chemicals were and why we were going to spray them, they told us that information was given on a need-to-know basis and we weren't cleared for it. They then went on to state that the chemicals were harmless, but the program was of such importance that it needed to be done at all costs. When we asked them why didn't they just rig military aircraft to spray these chemicals, they stated that there weren't enough military aircraft available to release chemicals on such a large basis as needs to be done. That's why Project Cloverleaf was initiated, to allow commercial airlines to assist in releasing these chemicals into the atmosphere. Then someone asked why all the secrecy was needed. The government reps then stated that if the general public knew that the aircraft they were flying on were releasing chemicals into the air, environmentalist groups would raise hell and demand the spraying stop. Someone asked one of the G-men then if the chemicals are harmless, why not tell the public what the chemicals are and why we are spraying them? He seemed perturbed at this question and told us in a tone of authority that the public doesn't need to know what's going on, but that this program is in their best interests. He also stated that we should not tell anyone, nor ask any more questions about it. With that, the briefing was over. All documents in our office pertaining to Project Cloverleaf are kept in locked safes. Nobody is allowed to take these documents out of the office. Very few employees are allowed access to these documents, and they remain tight-lipped about what the documents say. Mr. Carnicom, I am no fool. I know there's something going on. And frankly, I am scared. I feel a high level of guilt that I have been aware of this kind of operation but unable to tell anyone. Especially those who say "I am a commercial pilot, so I know these things are bogus." Being a "commercial pilot" only means one has passed a written test and a flight test for a license above "private pilot." The requirement is 250 hours for fixed wing, and 150 hours for helicopter. I am both a commercial pilot fixed wing (land and sea) and helicopter. I have over 3500 hours, mostly turbine helicopter. I also am an AP mechanic (airframe and powerplant), and worked at one time on the Boeing airliners for Western Airlines. So I know the terminology and airlines maintenance buisness. Airlines now often hold reciprical agreements to do maintenance on each other's planes at various outlying stations. Here, American Airlines does work on various companies aircraft, and sometimes foreign and military as well. As for having room in the jet for spray gear, I would need to know exactly what type of aircraft the writer is talking about. Any of the larger jets have various places gear can be installed, expecially in the aft baggage compartment. Also, in some, the center fuel tank is not used unless the plane does overseas long distance flights. Here, at American, a large plane was being worked on that belonged to another company and a friend of mine opened up a floor plate during a "heavy check" inspection and found several mysterious black boxes and cable bundles. When he tried to find out what they were he was told to button it up and forget he saw it all. The plane belonged to Evergreen Air (CIA). So anything is possible. As for the static whips, it would be extremely difficult to run tubing down the inside of a wing to such a wingtip location. It would be much easier to just run a line to the fuel dump system and use the onboard systems to discharge chemicals into the atmosphere. One part that bothers me about this story is using civilian companies to do this. Too many leaks are possible for a classified operation. There are plenty of planes in storage, in Marana, Arizona, run by Evergreen, that could be brought into service with contract pilots. This is where I think they are really coming from. (I work on mostly B747's, DC10's, MD11's and all the narrow body jets) I have also been a "Tech Rep" with the Air Force and carry a Top Secret Clearance AND a P certification. There is no place on an aircraft I am not permitted to go. #2. The static dischargers. I Have included a drawing of the Static dischargers in use today, on wide body and narrow body jet aircraft. This type of static discharger has been in use since the introduction of jet aircraft. The type described by your "mechanic" was used on propeller driven aircraft. To use the wick type on a jet is just not done. It would be ripped off in the airstream on the first flight. I would like to know how a discharger 1/4" by 1/2" could possibly be drilled out to give enough of an output to show the chemtrails? And if they could be drilled out they would fall apart on takeoff. I am not trying to say that the chemtrails are a fiction, only that the delivery system described is not viable. You will have to do better. A separate connection to the fuel vent pipes would do it, and hide the tanks in the fuel tanks. The sightings are believed to be the first reported outside the U.S. and Canada. Chemtrails appear similar to the vaporized contrails left behind jet aircraft in the upper atmosphere. Chemtrails, however, are frequently seen in crosshatched and other patterns at lower altitudes and in regions that are not on commercial air routes. In the U.S., organizations across the country have speculated that the phenomena may be occurring because of government activity. Witnesses also report flu-like and other illness symptoms and chemical odors after a chemtrail sighting. Three witnesses in Europe contacted the www.sightings.com website this week, reporting the occurrence of a similar phenomenon there. One said he and his wife were driving with their infant for an outing in April to the South Coast of England when they spotted the signature, grid-style chemtrail pattern. I have discovered some information that I think you will find important. First I should tell you something about the "pecking order" among mechanics. It is important to my story and to the cause to which you have dedicated yourself. Mechanics want to work on three things. The avionics, the engines, or the flight controls. The mechanics that work on these systems are considered at the top of the "pecking order". Next come the mechanics that work on the hydraulics and air conditioning systems. Then come the ones who work on the galley and other non-essential systems. But at the very bottom of the list are the mechanics that work on the waste disposal systems. No mechanic wants to work on the pumps, tanks, and pipes that are used to store the waste from the lavatories. But at every airport where I have worked there are always 2 or 3 mechanics that volunteer to work on the lavatory systems. The other mechanics are happy to let them do it. Because of this you will have only 2 or 3 mechanics that work on these systems at any one airport. No one pays much attention to these guys and no mechanic socializes with another mechanic who only works on the waste systems. In fact I had never thought much about this situation until last month. Like most airlines we have reciprocal agreements with the other airlines that fly into this airport. If they have a problem with a plane one of our mechanics will take care of it. Likewise if one of our planes has a problem at an airport where the other airline has a maintenance base, they will fix our plane. One day last month I was called out from our base to work on a plane for another airline. When I got the call the dispatcher did not know what the problem was. When I got to the plane I found out that the problem was in waste disposal system. There was nothing for me to do but to crawl in and fix the problem. When I got into the bay I realized that something was not right. There were more tanks, pumps, and pipes then should have been there. At first I assumed that the system had been changed. It had been 10 years since I had worked on one. As I tried to find the problem I quickly realized the extra piping and tanks were not connected to the waste disposal system. I had just discovered this when another mechanic from my company showed up. It was one of the mechanics who usually works on these systems. I happily turned the job over to him. As I was leaving I asked him about the extra equipment. He told me to "worry about my end of the plane and let him worry about his!" The next day I was on the company computer to look up a wiring schematic. While I was there I decided to look up the extra equipment I had found. To my amazement the manuals did not show any of the extra equipment I had seen with my own eyes the day before. I even tied in to the manufacturer files and still found nothing. Now I was really determined to find out what that equipment did. The next week we had three of our planes in our main hanger for periodic inspection. There are mechanics crawling all over a plane during these inspections. I had just finished my shift and I decided to have a look at the waste system on one of our planes. With all the mechanics around I figured that no one would notice an extra one on the plane. Sure enough, the plane I choose had the extra equipment! I began to trace the system of pipes, pumps, and tanks. I found what appeared to be the control unit for the system. It was a standard looking avionics control box but it had no markings of any kind. I could trace the control wires from the box to the pumps and valves but there were no control circuits coming into the unit. The only wires coming into the unit was a power connection to the aircraft's main power bus. The system had 1 large and 2 smaller tanks. It was hard to tell in the cramped compartment but it looked like the large tank could hold 50 gallons. The tanks were connected to a fill and drain valve that passed through the fuselage just behind the drain valve for the waste system. When I had a chance to look for this connection under the plane I found it cunningly hidden behind a panel under the panel used to access the waste drain. I began to trace the piping from the pumps. Numerous red blood cells, white blood cells, and unidentified cell types have been found within the sub-micron fiber sample previously presented and submitted on Jan 20 2000 to Carol M. To date, Ms. Browner has refused to identify the sample delivered to her by certified mail, and to disclose those results to the American public. A visual analysis has now been conducted with a professional quality microscope on May 7 2000 that reveals the important discovery above. More information and images from this analysis will be presented in the future. Depicted above is one of two remarkable discoveries of clustered red blood cells which become readily visible after being subjected to immersion oil. The cells appear to be of a freeze-dried or dessicated nature in their original form within the microscopic fibers. Isolated and individual blood cells are interspersed throughout both of the samples which have previously been described. The surface of the cells appear to be modified in some way, but electron microscopy will likely be required to establish further detail. Professional medical analysis of the images and chemical analysis of the fibers, and the subsequent disclosure of those results, now exists as a fundamental need. However, what goes up also comes down, and the scientist said that his project never solved the problem of the bacteria also coming down to earth as an aerosol mist which is inhaled by humans and animals with palpable effects. The sky was clear when I left, except for a couple of chemtrails, like I've noticed several mornings recently. I went as far as the Tennessee border, got a bite to eat, and then headed back toward Asheville on back roads.. as I neared Asheville, the sky looked overcast, with some brownish color toward the horizon. Looking at the "overcast" it was quite apparent that it had been created by multiple passes of chemtrails, some of them slowly fusing into one another, but still with visible lines. This morning's Asheville "Citzen-Times" newspaper carried a front page item about a young woman who died from a rare flesh-eating bacteria, and mentioned in passing that the hospital is overloaded with "influenza epidemic " victims... as are the hospitals in Southern California, Wisconsin, Phoenix, and many other areas. It was about 6 or 7 in the evening, and my husband, my 3 children and myself were going to my mother-in-laws. The moon was especially bright that evening, and we were all admiring it as it kept popping in and out of the only cloud in the sky that evening. When we got farther into town, my husband pointed up in the direction of the moon, and said, "Look, do you see those chemtrails up there?" I looked, and I saw the familiar grid pattern that I'd seen so many pictures of on the net. Then I looked a little farther to the south and I saw the airplane. It was beginning a new grid pattern in that area. I was surprised, because I had never seen any chemtrails that were made at night before. I do believe that if it were not for the moon being so large and bright in the sky that evening, we would have never noticed the chemtrails. My second sighting occurred on December 13th. My mother, children and I were going to the cemetary to put some Christmas flowers on my grandparents grave. On the way there, I noticed a couple of chemtrails. I pointed them out to my mother, and we watched them all the way to the cemetary. By the time we got there, there must have been about 5 chemtrails. We couldn't see if it was the same plane coming back, or if it had the help of another plane. It would fly out of sight, and then we would see it coming back again. My latest sighting was on January 1st. Earlier that day my husband had called his mother, and while talking, she mentioned that she had seen some chemtrails while out shopping. We had to go out a little later that day, and of course, after what my mother-in-law had told us, we had our eyes to the sky. As soon as we got out to the highway, there they were! Tons of them! They were long, and very thick. We were able to spot 3 planes that were making these. I was thinking, "My God, this is overkill." As we got closer to Indianapolis, we spotted another plane that was making the chemtrails, and about 4 other planes that were not. These planes are obviously not commercial jets because they fly together in tight formations too close to comply with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations. And they often fly in grid patterns and mark X's in the sky with the contrails they leave behind. The contrails these suspicious planes produce do not immediately dissipate. Instead, they linger across the sky and, after several hours, spread out into what appears to be cloud coverage hovering over us in the sky throughout the day. If you have not noticed them, it is probably because you thought you were seeing clouds, but quite often, on what would be an otherwise clear day, contrails create a partly cloudy atmosphere. And when there are already clouds in the sky, contrails simply blend in with the atmosphere, making them even less detectable. However, quite a few weary observers have taken notice of the suspicious contrails zig-zagging and eventually blanketing the sky. In fact, several websites have formed that are devoted to the research of this bizarre and mysterious trend which has become somewhat of a fixture throughout the U.S. As a result, some unconfirmed theories have come forth which could help to shed some light on the matter. An influx of respiratory illnesses have been reported in areas of heavy contrail activity. Meningitis outbreaks have occurred in several states recently -- North Carolina being one of them. Some who believe they have fallen ill as a direct result of the contrails say the ailments they suffer from are not unlike symptoms of some types of biological warfare. I took out my video camera and shot some footage yesterday... I've seen them where they start and stop in the sky at precisely the same locations and I've watched as they "hover" in the same place yet expand like smoke at an extremely slow rate. These things are everywhere. I did however see the plane but it was too far off to notice the type of aircraft. Just an FYI you fellow Conspiracy Listers out there. These include Ebola virus, Marburg, Rift Valley, Bolivian hemorrhagic fever, Congo-Crimean virus, smallpox, Lassa fever, enterovirus-17, Venezuelan encephalitis, Sabia, Eastern equine encephalomyelitis, and others. In general, these viruses are very fragile and are quickly killed by sunlight. It can be sprayed into the air by tanker aircraft and even crop dusting airplanes, settling over a 50 mile wide area by using special nozzles that provide a mist of very fine [1-5 micron] droplet size which remains suspended in the air over long periods, and may disseminate widely. Genetic engineering research has been conducted with the nuclear polyhedrosis virus which is an insect virus that dwells in moth larvae. It secrets a protein crystal around itself that provides considerably increased viability, and protects the virus from the effects of sunlight, facilitating laboratory handling. This could markedly enhance weapons capability. It is likely that the Russians have been able to insert genes into this insect virus from smallpox virus, and also possibly from Ebola and other viruses to engineer a new recombinant organism [Chimera] that is highly infective in laboratory animals and the human species. This renders bioengineered plague a far more effective strategic weapon than anthrax or nuclear weaponry. Plague is now probably the ideal bioweapon for use in an ICBM warhead. Anthrax is now considered to be of limited value as a weapon, because of its vulnerability to air and sunlight and the larger innoculum required to kill an infected host. A lot of people here that were in perfect health seem to be getting asthma bad enough to have to use an inhaler. I remember signing on the dotted line once when I went into the military, and I understood what COULD happen to me at any given time, but as a civilian, I am not supposed to be subject to this type of '' human experimental '' treatment.
