Mohon bantuannya, saya perlu sekali driver soundcard onboardnya Compaq Presario 
5500.

Sebenernya sekarang sedang download di :

Atau jangan2 emang LCD nya masalah? kalau di pasang pake monitor eksternal 
gimana hasilnya? Kalau ok, berarti layarnya masalah. atau kalau di test pake HD 
lain atau pake OS lain apakah tampilannya normal.

sepertinya bermasalah di resolusi monitornya tuh pak. Iya bener, kudu dicoba 
satu-satu. Pake 1024 x 768, 800 x 600. Juga di coba utk refresh rate nya.

monitornya ukurannya kekecilan coba beli yg ukuran nya sebioskop kan gede
bisa puas tuh mainnya ( Bercanda jangan dianggap serius ). tapi anda
sudah menginsatl directx versi terbaru lom? klo lom alias pk versi yg lama
coba update. tersu klo ternyata sudah, coba bermain dengan monitor anda
(ajak jalan2 kek sape tahu bosen klo di liatin terus hehehehehehehe...
bercanda) mksd gw coba lo mainin tuh resolusi and refresratenya. klo masih
gk juga coba instal game itu di tempat yg mempunyai jenis kartu grais yg
sama / lebih tinggi (sapa tahu cd nya). klo ternyata bisa di tempat yg kartu
grafisnya lebih tinggi berarti kartu grafis lu yg gk support.nah klo sama
and bisa ya silahkan cari solusi yg lain. misal : tuker CD / pinje CD dari
temen / beli cd yg asli jangan yg mg2 ( wakakakakkaakaka... padahal gw klo
beli selalu disono gk pernah asli ato selalu ASPAL -- yg penting bisa
dimainin). klo ternyata masih gk bisa juga beli permainan yg lain selain
FIFA 06. masih banyak.

coba pas ketika anda melihat tampilan anda membawa senter tersu disorot ke
layar pasti jadi terang, klo gk liatnya pas siangg hari ketika ada

sebelum ke WIN 2003 enterprise apakah ada masalah? pada tampilan (kayak
layar redup/layar nya genit alisa kedip2).

klo gk ada ? coba anda instal win versi lain / linux , apakah ada masalah ?
klo gk juga (alias cuman di win 2003 enterprise) anda datengin custommer
support nya windows (klo anda beli versi asli klo palsu wah gk tahu deh...).
mungkin aja tombol untuk nerangin di monitor keteken untuk low (alias gk
terang). klo masih gk juga anda bisa sekalian belajar menjadi orang buta tuh

wah...parah juga yah kondisinya. jadi mail server anda sudah dianggap biang 
spam ya pak .
   
  menurut saya sih obatnya pake appliance khusus antispam/antivirus yg juga 
bisa memantau kondisi network.
   
  coba baca-baca produk mcafee, trendmicro, fortigate, etc.
   
  cuma investasinya sih lumayan bos.

= Apa ndak lebih baik ganti ISP :), trus setting ulang semua komp :)

Jadi inget cerita temen saya, yang keluar dari salah satu perusahaan yng
lumayan bonafit gara2 ip mailserver nya selalu kena spamcop :p, diganti IP
tetep kene, di instalin antispam, tetep kena juga, dan sekarang dia memilih
jaga warnet :))

Walah kok jadi OOT , heehe...

mbps. napa ya? padahal dulu pernah di coba di lain

Sebelum kita memilih mail server apa yang ingin kita gunakan , sebaik nya
kita meninjau dulu apa yang akan kit butuhkan dari email server ini..
apakah kita membutuhkan pakrt kolaborasi juga seperti hal nya share
calendar,  share folder atau apakh kita hanya membutuhkan email sekedar POP3
dan SMTP doang...

Kalo untuk pilihan lengkap anda tidak bisa memilih email berbasis Open
source seperti hal nya qmail, postfix dll..bisa sih anda membuat lengakt
dengan itu..tapi sangat tidak mudah..alternatif nya anda dapat menbangun
email linux tapi propietary seperti zimbra ( pake postfix,)  scalix , untung
nya ada yang versi free..dengan beberapa keterbatasan, .tapi kalo anda
banyak uang ..ya ga masalah pake exchange server ...karena fitur untuk itu
banyak..tapi sekali lagi..hindari pake bajakan...

Saya pernah dpt brosur untuk virtual office di gedung JDC Slipi, silahkan 
hubungi pengelola/ Management JDC di top floor mereka. Untuk office 
(reception area) cukup representative dan harga setahu saya lumayan 
bersaing. Saya sendiri pernah ditawari dan melihat virtual office yg di 
Wisma Nugra Santana yg di jl. Jend. Sudirman. Waktu itu lewat jasa property 
agency, saya lupa namanya kalo gak salah Prolease ... nama agennya saya 
lupa. Untuk office dan service sangat representative, cuma memang harganya 
juga sesuai. Di Menara Kadin Kuningan juga ada kalo saya gak salah.

Situs Dotcom Menhan Dikritik

JAKARTA - Tidak banyak, pejabat pemerintah yang memanfaatkan teknologi 
informasi untuk sarana sosialisasi dan publikasi. Di antara yang sedikit

itu, ada Presiden Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono dan Menteri Pertahanan 
(Menhan) Juwono Sudarsono. Kedua pejabat tersebut memiliki website di 
internet.

Berbeda dengan website khusus milik presiden -www.presidensby.info- yang

didesain tim khusus di bawah biro media rumah tangga kepresidenan, situs

Juwono itu ditangani sendiri dengan menggunakan model blog. Formatnya 
seperti catatan harian yang ditulis di internet.

Dengan domain www.juwonosudarsono.com, situs itu berisi tulisan pribadi 
Juwono. Terbagi menjadi empat kategori besar, yakni isu defense 
(pertahanan), development (pembangunan), family ( keluarga), dan nation 
(kebangsaan). Di dalamnya juga disediakan fasilitas bagi pembaca yang 
ingin memberikan komentar.

Hal-hal pribadi seperti kelahiran cucunya yang bernama Lavanya Eliana 
dapat dibaca di situs tersebut. Pak Menhan mengelola dan menulis 
sendiri situs itu, kadang-kadang dibantu putranya, kata Kepala Biro 
Humas Departemen Pertahanan Brigjen Edy Butar Butar kepada Jawa Pos
kemarin.

Menurut Edy, secara institusi, website itu tidak terkait dengan Biro 
Humas Dephan. Namun, isinya juga ada hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan 
kebijakan strategis pertahanan Indonesia. Sebab, beliau kan punya 
pemahaman yang sangat baik tentang isu-isu itu, jelasnya.

Pakar telematika Roy Suryo mengkritik pemilihan domain (nama) website 
Menhan tersebut. Kalau belakangnya pakai com, itu perusahaan, ada 
kepentingan bisnis atau komersialnya. Karena itulah, kita tidak 
menggunakan ekstensi com untuk website presiden, ujar anggota tim 
khusus pengelola website kepresidenan itu.

Lebih lanjut, Roy meminta Menteri Komunikasi dan Informasi Sofyan Djalil

untuk mengingatkan koleganya. Itu tugas Pak Sofyan untuk segera 
mengingatkan beliau, katanya.

Menurut Roy, dalam dunia maya, sudah ada klasifikasi di balik pemilihan 
domain. Dijelaskan, jika website didesain resmi untuk informasi 
kenegaraan, menggunakan ekstensi domain go.id, misalnya www. deplu.go.id

yang dipakai Departemen Luar Negeri. Untuk kepentingan pendidikan, 
lazimnya menggunakan ekstensi domain edu di belakang nama situs. Jangan

salah kaprah, tegasnya.

Pria bergelar Kanjeng Raden Mas Tumenggung itu juga mengkritik model 
blog yang digunakan dalam situs Menhan. Itu kan tidak resmi, sepatutnya

sebagai pejabat publik harus menampilkan citra yang baik, termasuk dalam

berkomunikasi melalui internet, ujarnya. (rdl)

berdasarkan pengalaman 'maksain' game2 baru jalan di sistem kuno..
Beberapa vendor vga release driver untuk support DirectX 9 buat vga2
lawasnya.. jadi game2 yang butuh directX 9 akan detect kalo vga card yg
digunakan adalah DirectX 9 certified.
Hasilnya game tetap jalan, tapi ga sebagus kalau dijalankan di VGA yang
benar2 ada support hardware untuk fitur2 baru pada DirectX 9

Coba lihat attachment dari saya..
Bila DDI versionnya 7, game2 DirectX 7 dan kebawah jalan, game2 DirectX 8
beberapa ga jalan. Kalo DDI Versionnya 8, beberapa game2 DirectX 9 bisa
jalan, beberapa tidak. Bagusnya sih usahakan cari drivernya (bila ada..coba
macam2 vendor, tidak harus Winfast, yg penting chipsetnya sama biasanya
jalan juga koq) yg stelah bpk install, DDI versionnya berubah menjadi 8 atau
9 (sukur2 10..hehe)
Btw, tips pertama saya berhasil tidak?

Ganti Refresh Frequency dari Optimal atau Default ke 60 atau 56
kalau tidak ada option 60 atau 56, coba ganti tipe monitornya dari default
monitor ke yang kira2 lebih kuno..

udah bisa ngidupin komputeryah... (-- just joke). pertama2 anda harus ada
di desktop (taukan desktop artinya ... klo gk tau nih w kasih tau : desktop
: desk = meja, top= atas.. jadi desktop = diatas meja wakakakakkakakaka
bercanda. jangan diambil hati...). nah klo udah ada di desktop anda
tinggal klik kanan mouse anda (mouse bahsa indonesianya Tikus tp bahsa
komputernya tetikus -- kenapa dinamain gini jangan tanya gw... gw gk tahu
wong liat di kamus.. hehehehehe :P ). nah klo udah klik kanan kan ada menu
properties--setting--advance (ada dibawah kanan)-- monitor disitu ada
tulisan screen refres rate (kalo udah ketemu jangan girang... tapi tawakal

S-1-5-21-712716833-265318182-928725530-3578 pada directory recycler.
Iconnya mirip dengan yang ada di desktop.
S-1-5-21-712716833-265318182-928725530-3578 merupakan nomor random yang
pada computer beda2x. PAda prinsiopnya, cari directory recycler.

(X):\recycler merupakan hidden drive. Make sure semua folder bisa dilihat
dengan setting di menu tools / folder option ... pada my computer

Dear Pakar IT,
Baru-baru ini jika Saya menghidupkan PC, speaker motherboardnya 
selalu mengeluarkan bunyi pendek berkali-kali diakhiri dengan bunyi 
panjang dua kali, kemudian PC diam tidak mau hidup sama sekali.
Tapi jika Battery CMOS-nya saya buka, PC bisa hidup normal, cuma 
setiap menghidupkan PC selalu set Tgl  Jam.
PC Saya HP Vectra 400, Pentium III 900 mhz, kira-kira kenapa yach ?

Di tempat saya hosting menggunakan Smartermail 3.x.
Lumayan bagus dan kalo lihat harganya di websitenya juga termasuk murah.
Ada versi free-nya dg fitur yg sama dengan versi enterprise untuk 10 email
account tanpa batasan waktu penggunaan.
 
Yang bagus tapi mahal, yang saya tahu Merak mail server atau MS Exchange.
 
Untuk versi free yang cukup handal Mercury, tapi saya lebih suka hMail
karena source-nya tersedia.
 
Kalau untuk user yang banyak dan cari yang murah/free, ya cuma mail server
linux (postfix, qmail, sendmail, dll),
kecuali anda punya developer yang lumayan untuk ngoprek hMail.

seperti yg saya bilang banyak sample nya di www.planetsourcecode.com

selama saya bergelut di program VB saya tidak pernah melihat kasus seperti
ini
bukan berarti tidak bisa yach tapi kemungkinannya susah, ada yg pernah saya
coba lakukan adalah:

1. kita menyimpan data di excel, kemudian di aplikasi program VB
kita buka file excel itu, dalam arti apa yg diketik di excel tidak bisa
langsung terbentuk di VB tanpa disave dulu excelnya kemudian dibuka
lagi di VB nya u/ open file excel tersebut,

2. cara lain yg pernah saya coba adalah menggunakan database ( access,SQL
Server )
kita buat dulu databasenya: contoh: kita buat table Karyawan dengan
field NIK, NAMA
kemudian kita buat MACRO nya untuk proses input kedalam database melalui
Excel,
nah setelah itu aplikasi VB terkoneksi langsung kedalam database, jadi
apa yg dimasukan
keexcel bisa langsung di tampilkan di VB
mungkin cara ini akan agak sulit jika belum memahaminya

Saya sudah downgrade office ke 2000 hasilnya sama saja pak mungkin casenya
berbeda dengan bapak, tetapi setelah saya coba dengan me reset permision
servernya dan saya coba setting ulang ..ternyata manjur juga..

bila nama dari top level domainnya adalah com, net, id maka nama situs akan
memperoleh extension (baca terjemahan: akhiran) com, net atau id

Oum, setau saya OC itu memang sangat bergantung pada kemampuan processor, si
mobo biasanya hanya mendukung sajasaya pernah coba2 ikut masalah OC ini,
ternyata memang dengan mobo yang sama kita bisa menghasilkan satu processor
yang lebih tinggi kinerjanya (waktu itu 2.26GHz P4 bisa mencapai hampir 3,2
GHz) dibandingkan dengan prosesor yang lain (2.4 GHz cuma mentok di 3
GHz) ;-
Disinilah ada perbedaan antara processor emas dan yang lainnya.
Pada waktu itu saya pake water cooling..modalnya murah abi maklum
hanya coba2 buat kontes, pompa air 40rban(pompa aquarium) selang2 20rban,
plate water cooling (250rban) barang ini yang paling mahal, lalu si air
pendinginnya didinginkan lagi oleh air es (jadi bisa juga disebut
water-chilled cooling) caranya dipake 2 ember.gag perlu diceritain deh
yasoalnya ini hanya bisa berlaku buat kontes aja...kalo untuk di rumah
malah repot ;-
Bisa beli radiator bekas motor kecil ato bekas acselama gag bocor bisa
dipake untuk mendinginkan air yang panas setelah mendinginkan
prosesorkatanya harga radiator ini sekitar 150rban cari di tukang loakan
aja ;-
Mungkin itu aja sedikit sharing.oya jangan lupa kalo mulai OC ati2 ama
VGA card-nya jugatakut kebawa OC nti malah kepanasan n jeprut
lagi.hehe.he.

Mobo tentunya dfi lanparty nf4 series, Abit,  Epox atau biostar Tforce
series.. dll

harga mulai 900 ribu sampe lebih dari 2 juta..

Dibahas disini ntar mungkin mengganggu, karena bakal panjang lebar dan
semua juga belum tentu suka.. :P

Caranya gimana ya pak ?
Baik ganti Obsorbernya maupun resetnya.
Lumayan kalau bisa kalau diservice bisa kena 100an lebih.
Kalau masih bisa dipakai kan lumayan lebih dari 4 soalnya dan masih ada yang 
belum lama pakai pakai gara-gara pakai infus pada bocor.he 3x..
Yang IP 1600 malah baru 3 bulan.

Saya mau sharing juga ttg overclock prosesor. Di kntr saya dulu
ada komp Pentium I dan Pentium II dirakit oleh si penjual toko
dgn cara di-overclock. Lama kelamaan yg ada kinerja komp
tsb sangat lambat, overclock ini memang sangat cepat hanya
pada satu atau dua tahun pertama setelah prosesor tsb dioverclock,
klo sudah lebih dari itu biasanya kinerja mainboard sudah turun
dan komp dipastikan sangat lambat. Dan juga umur dari prosesor
sendiri dapat dipastikan lebih pendek dibandingkan dgn prosesor
yg tdk dioverclock. Padahal prosesor tsb di-overclock dari
Pentium I 200 Mhz ke 233 Mhz (cuma 33 Mhz aja), mainboard
pake merk Asus. Dan juga komp yg satu lagi dari Pentium II 300 Mhz
ke Pentium II 333 Mhz (cuma 33 Mhz aja). Itu cuma dioverclock
33 Mhz aja dgn dimaenin di FSB-nya si prosesor. Klo Pentium IV
2,4 Ghz dioverclock sampe 3,2 Ghz sich paling menurut saya cepatnya
cuma setaon atau dua taon aja, lewat dari itu komp tsb bakal lambat
jalannya. Yg harus diperhatikan pada saat overclock kesesuaian
antara FSB dan memory dan VGA Card. Tapi klo pake memory
seperti Corsair yg didesign khusus untuk overclock menurut saya
gak masalah sich memory tsb ikut ke-overclock. Juga ada VGA Card
yg didesign khusus untuk overclock. Klo prosesor dioverclock dan
VGA Card serta memory ikut teroverclock, asal memakai memory
Corsair dan VGA Card yg didesign khusus tahan dioverclock,
gak masalah sich menurut saya. Tapi harus di-benchmark dulu oleh
program 3D Mark 2005 atau dgn yg terbaru 3D Mark 2007 untuk
mengetahui system yg sudah di-overclock tsb stabil atau malah
menyebabkan hang.

 Oum, setau saya OC itu memang sangat bergantung pada kemampuan processor,

 mobo biasanya hanya mendukung sajasaya pernah coba2 ikut masalah OC

 ternyata memang dengan mobo yang sama kita bisa menghasilkan satu

 plate water cooling (250rban) barang ini yang paling mahal, lalu si air
 pendinginnya didinginkan lagi oleh air es (jadi bisa juga disebut
 water-chilled cooling) caranya dipake 2 ember.gag perlu diceritain deh
 yasoalnya ini hanya bisa berlaku buat kontes aja...kalo untuk di rumah
 malah repot ;-
 Bisa beli radiator bekas motor kecil ato bekas acselama gag bocor bisa
 dipake untuk mendinginkan air yang panas setelah mendinginkan
 prosesorkatanya harga radiator ini sekitar 150rban cari di tukang 
 loakan
 aja ;-
 Mungkin itu aja sedikit sharing.oya jangan lupa kalo mulai OC ati2 ama
 VGA card-nya jugatakut kebawa OC nti malah kepanasan n jeprut
 lagi.hehe.he.

Mungkin agak beda dengan pemikiran saya. Saya cuma mengoverclock bukan
overclocker.
Perlu dipahami bahwa setiap jajaran prosesor mempunyai tingkat kemampuan
yang berbeda untuk setiap type core yang di produksi, misal intel dengan
core kode core prescott socket 478, muali dari clock 2.4 ghz. 2,6 ghz,
2,8 ghz dan selanjutnya, sebenernya adalah produk yang sama, cuma
berbeda di multipliernyanya, sama2 mempunyai fsb yang sama. cuma karena
kebutuhan pasar dan harga, makanya ada perbedaan kemamppuan dah harga.
Tapi kalo dari segi produksi akan sangat mahal kalo prossor itu di buat
dengan core sendiri2. Tapi dari semua core yg diproduksi tidak semua
bisa diset ke clock yang tertinggi, maka ini ditempatkan di level paling
bawah. jika bisa lolos tes lebih baik, maka bisa di di set di kecepatan
yang lebih tinggi dst.
Tapi tidak semua core yg bagus terus diset ke clock yang paling tinggi,
karena kebutuhan pasar.

Nah disinilah celah yg digunakan oleh overcliocker untuk mendapatkan
performa dari prosesor yang lebih murah tapi dengan kemampuan seperti
prosesor yang lebih mahal. Kalo dulu ada prosesor amd athlon xp yang
mempunyai multiplier yang masih terbuka, jadi sangat mudah untuk membuat
prosesor dengan level paling rendah menajadi lebih tinggi. Misal amd axp
2500+ sangat mudah untuk bisa dengan sedikit seting di bios menjadi
3200+. Dengan syarat bahwa core yg dipake memang bagus, istilahnya gold
batch dan ini dulu paling dicari dan gak semua bisa begitu saja di
overclock begitu saja, mungkin ada sediit penambahan voltage. Di intel
sedikit beda, walupun tidak bisa merubah multiplier algi karena sejak
pentium 3 memang sudah dilock. Jadi cuma bisa bermain dengan clock  fsb.
Tapi hampir dipastikan intel p4 2.4 ghz dengan mudah diset ke 2.8 ghz
dengan mudah. Solusi yang mudah dan aman untuk mendapatkan kemampuan
yang lebih tinggi.

Sudah jadi prinsip overclocker, yaitu memilih prosesor dengan level
terendah di setiap jenis prosesor dengan batch bagus untuk mendapatkan
nilai tertinggi. Jadi jangan berharap dengan prosesor dengan  tingkat
kecepatan tertinggi bisa mendapatkan presentase kenaikkan seperti
prosesor dibawahnya.

Masalah aman dan tidak aman, cuma belajar, pengalaman dan praktek juga
hoki yang menentukan. Dan bagusnya beberapa motherboard sudah
menyediakan menu/fitur autooverclock. Dan ini dijamin aman, karena
menghitung kemampuan system seoptimal mungkin dengan aman.

Selama ini belum satupun dari 7 prosesor yang selama ini saya pake
mengalami kematian.. Seperti sempron 2500+ dengan clock 1400 mhz, biasa
saya pake buat harian dengan kecepatan 2500 mhz. Cukup stabil dan jauh
lebih murah daripada saya beli prosesor dengan kemampuan setara, atau
malah tidak ada sempron standar dengan kecepatan itu.. dan ini tidak
memerlukan banyak penggantian komponen, cuma dengan mengganti heatsink
fan yang sedikit lebih baik. Tak lebih dari 300 ribu dan itu sebenernya
juga tidak mutlak..
Dan tidak terbukti selama setahun sempron itu menurun performannya.
Karena memang sering dilakukan benchmarking.

Dan masalah vga ikut teroverclock? jangan takut, motherboard2 jaman
sekarang dengan chipset seperti intel, nvidia atau ati dsudah mempunyai
fitur lock pci bus, jadi komponen seperti hdd, odd atau vga tetap aman..

justru sekarang produsen prosesor sangat getol bersaing mengelurakan
prosesor2 yang mempunyai kemampuan overclocking sangat tinggi, misal ada
intel conroe dan juga amd opteron..

Tapi saya sarankan, perlu pengetahuan, sebelum melakukan overclocking.
Tapi kalo sudah tahu ya betapa murahnya mendapatkan performa lebih
tinggi dengan cara yang sederhan..

Dan tetep resiko ada ditangan user..
