Re: [LegacyUG] All the POSTS! how to organize? Delete?

2009-01-11 Thread Joshua Levy

I use Yahoo mail, and have no problems: I have configured it to send all
LegacyUG messages to their own mailbox. When I have time, I go to that
mailbox, and sort it by subject lines, so I see the subject threads all
together. It is then easy to read the threads I care about, delete the ones I
don't, etc.

Does Bill need on line access to unlock Deluxe?
Laptop less than 2 years old should have a wireless card. Just wondering if
he needs access to a wireless network.
Maybe at the local library or a bookstore.

Bill, you are allowed to have Deluxe on both computers. I think that all
you have to do is to find your customer number that came with the deluxe
program and use that on the pc with the standard Legacy. If I recall
correctly, it should be at the top of the screen, look in Help and enter
your customer # where it asks for it. Good Luck.

Re: [LegacyUG] Flash Drive

2009-01-11 Thread Gary Templeman
The point was not to use it as the main storage. It is a backup and should
never be considered the sole source for important information. If it is
stolen the information should still be on the primary computer. And as an
aside, for privacy and safety concerns, financial and other important data
should be stored in an encrypted and password protected location on the
drive (and that includes the main computer at home, which people forget can
also get stolen).

Ken suggested doing normal backup to the hard drive then copying the .zip
file to a flash drive. Since I keep getting various amounts of KB's I am
concerned how good the zip file might be. I have over 30 years of work
depending on Legacy so I try to cover all my bases. I back up to my C drive,
to an external Maxtor hard drive, to a flash drive and restore it on a
different computer.

Ann,
If you're having this much difficulty using Legacy to backup your data,
then there's really no reason to continue to do so.

All Legacy is doing is creating a STANDARD ZIP file that contains your
database and a few other odds and sods. You can use any, freely
available ZIP utility program to achieve exactly the same thing. And,
even by the smallest chance, Legacy is unable to restore from a ZIP file
not created by itself, you can always UNZIP the file and then copy the
files into your \Legacy\Data folder.

I wouldn't dream of using a flash-drive as primary backup. If the
flash-drive broke, was stolen or lost, Mozy went bust and my house
burned down all on the same day, that *would* be a bad day.

[LegacyUG] Backups (was: Flash Drive)

2009-01-11 Thread Wendy Howard
I run my "main" Legacy file on my desk computer, and run a copy of the
database on the laptop for when I'm out and about. When I'm out and
about, any information that I gather manually I type into a document on
the laptop (I'm a quick typist, and its more readable than my
handwriting!) which then gets copied to the desk computer and the data
entered into Legacy there. I know that any changes I make to my Legacy
file on the laptop won't be permanent, and the only changes I make are
either to mark things off the To Do List as I work, or demonstrate to
someone else how to do something they're having problems with, 'cos I
know that what I do on the laptop isn't going to "stick" due to that
file being a copy of my working file. That's just how I choose to do
things, and it suits me fine.

When I backup my Legacy file on the desk computer, I back it up directly
to the laptop - the computers are linked over our wireless network so I
can do that (don't ask me how - my other half is a software engineer and
took care of that). This means that I've always got the latest data on
the laptop as well. I got this idea from a post on this list not long
ago, before that I just used to copy the file over when I was going out
to do some research.

I also purchased a cute little external hard drive late last year, onto
which I have backed up both computers. This lives in my handbag, so in
theory I always have it with me - and it is very rare that both
computers *and* my handbag are in the same place at the same time,
exposing them to equal risk. (The desk computer lives in my office in
the sleepout (shed) beside the house.)

This "Memorex traveldrive" is 5" x 3 3/8" x 1/2", or 12.5cm x 8.2cm x
1.5cm, so doesn't take up much space in my bag; it lives in a zipped
pocket, so doesn't roll around with other "stuff". If I remember
correctly, it cost me NZ$175 at a genealogy expo I went to; that's about
US$102 or GBP 67 or 76 Euros at today's rates.

And best of all, it holds a whopping 320GB! That is more than both
computers combined hold, so I'm not going to fill it up any time soon.
The drive comes with built-in backup software, which I am choosing to
use, and after the initial full backup I am now doing incremental ones
to only pick up what has changed.

Hope this helps someone with backup/file transfer ideas for their own
system. :-)

Kind Regards,
Wendy Howard

Re: [LegacyUG] Ver 6 Deluxe Check/Repair error 3265 Child Status error for many many entries

2009-01-11 Thread JCTripp
Ron, Now I can say surprises me too. Then I knew nothing of what I was
doing to my list. Too bad that didn't stop me.
I managed to delete it from the Master List screen, within the Legacy
program. If you try to edit this blank status, you receive a pop up Warning
"The record cannot be edited. It is used by Legacy as a blank record."
Here is the long version of what I saw on my Child status Master list when
I first started messing with things I should not have messed with.
Many Thanks, Jane Tripp

... when I tried to access the Master list and found a 'white window', then
the list appeared by scrolling down after about 75 or so blank lines. That
would be a totally blank window on view, then after scrolling down, about
75 blank 'fields' but the Child Status and Tag column headers & horizontal
lines and the Tag boxes were on the screen. That was followed by the list,
with the fields filled in with the status descriptions, adopted, adopted
twin etc in alphabetic order. I hope you get the picture as I'm not that
great with descriptions. Because I saw so many blank fields before the
list, I deleted away and deleted one too many. At that time, I did not know
having one blank status was very important. ...

The one thing that surprises me, Jane, is that you managed to delete row 0
without playing around with the file in Access or OpenOffice.org. As with
your other files, there should have been an absolute refusal by Legacy to
remove it.

Re: [LegacyUG] Flash Drive

2009-01-11 Thread Gary Templeman
I have mine tethered on my key chain, so it is difficult for me to get very
far without it. One point that hasn't been discussed is that for all the
backups people make, the one most often forgotten is the off-site backup.
Burning and mailing a CD, emailing a file to a relative or uploading to a
web site are all good, but tend to be less regular. The biggest advantage I
see for flash drives (and the same thing that makes them easier to lose) is
their small size. If I am at work or otherwise away from home and it burns
down, I still have my *current* genealogy and other important files with me.
Any and all backups I have at home will go up in smoke with the main file.
Portable hard drives are good and I use one for my business, but it only
goes from work to home and back. I don't carry it around on every little
errand.

The one thing that surprises me, Jane, is that you managed to delete row 0
without playing around with the file in Access or OpenOffice.org. As with your
other files, there should have been an absolute refusal by Legacy to remove it.

Belinda,
Well, I know now that the status NONE is the important one that Legacy uses
for every individual entry, and not just for the Child Status list. You can
add a child status whenever you need one. I added Triplet and Illegitimate

Jane,

I just tried your and was successful, I was going to do my own but then I
thought I would give your suggestion a go. There were quite a few
events/facts that were missing and are now back - I used the sample file to
get them. Don't know how they AWOL in the first place but at least they are
back now.

What is in the complete Child Status list? - I have in my list "None,
Stillborn, Twin" is that the complete list or are there others that should
be there as well?

Thanks

Belinda,
I'm having a similar problem with getting my complete Child Status list. In
the Master List Event Definitions, select Options, then Import. You can
try importing the default list or Import from Sample file. Please read
about this first as I believe it adds to your list those events not there
and doesn't write over (like that would be helpful), but please read first.

2009-01-11 Thread JCTripp
Many Thanks to you guys Ron & Dennis,
I did try a few things again before retiring to bed with a headache.
I have Legacy on both my old PC and my newer laptop. I uninstalled Legacy
and the Legacy folder on the PC (With my backup zip files clearly labeled
on 2 flash drives, the laptop and the PC desktop, I was confident.)
When I reinstalled Legacy & restored my family file, I realized my problem
had to be from my back up as the Sample file was fine, but my family file
was still missing the blank line for child status.
Then it came to me that several months ago, when I first subscribed to this
LUG, one poster was having difficulty seeing the Master list of the Child
Status screen. I had the same problem, but could see the list on a print
preview. I was messing too much with that Child Status Master list and must
have deleted the blank line then. I went along my merry way for months and
transferrd this incomplete Child Status list on my new laptop when I set up
Legacy with a restore. I was correct in thinking that the Legacy program
itself could be downloaded from the web at anytime, BUT did not realize
that any parts of it were contained in my backup. I do know that I'm in a
bit of trouble now, but would be in a mess of trouble without you folks.
Dennis, I will take you up on your offer to look at my small file as I have
used up all my limited computer knowledge trying to figure out the what &
where and have none left for the fixing.
Belinda, I see where your question about AWOL items from Master lists was
answered by Dennis when he explained the cleanup procedure.

This is correct. I just tried deleting the "blank line" record in MS Access
on a test database and received the same error.

The funny thing is check/repair is acting like it fixes the problem, but it
actually doesn't.

As Ron said, you will need someone who knows there way around MS Access to
fix the problem for you. I don't think an export of your database to
either a GEDCOM or another Legacy database will fix it, but there is no
harm in trying. I didn't try this part myself.

If you want to send me the .fdb file (off list) I can give it a try. It
doesn't look like a large file.

Since I am not a "geek", I did ask some of the "geeks" that work for me about
runtime error 91. We did a quick google search and
found an article on ezinearticles dated oct 20, 2008. I would encourage you
all if you haven't done this to do a quick google search
on that error. This may be caused by a virus or adware that is hidden on your
computer. It could be corrupting a reg file.
Remember, I'm not a geek and when anything goes wrong on my computer I take it
to the geeks that work for me. I have a very
good anti virus software with spyware protection and also run CCleaner after I
have been on the internet. CClearner removes all
the cookies and temp files from my computer- and believe you me there are a lot
after being on the internet researching. So far, with a Vista 64 bit machine,
4 gigs of Ram. and I have not had this problem yet- I don't know if this helps
but it can't hurt.

Re: [LegacyUG] How determine Jet release version

2009-01-11 Thread Ann Parsons
When I was doing the searching to learn what version of jet pack it had
somehow I wandered into a place that said C:\Windows\System32 after you
asked what made me think that I got out the book that came with it. Under
system information it says
Data bus width 64 bits
DRAM bus width dual-channel (2) 64-bit buses
processor address bus width 36 bits (Intel) and 32 bits (AMD)
Flash EPROM 2 MB
PCI bus 32 bits

I don't know if it is an Itel or AMD processor.

Re: [LegacyUG] Error 91

2009-01-11 Thread Barb Weed
Hello, I have Legacy 7 installed on my Vista Home Edition (32bit not 64bit)
and it works perfectly. I also use a flash drive. All of my data is on the
flash drive including my multimedia files. I have Legacy installed on my
laptop with Vista and on my desktop which has XP. I can work on either one
just by moving the jump drive and I always have an up to date database. I
never backup to the flash drive only to the C drive of each computer and
ocassionally e-mail myself a copy of my database. I have used this method
since ver 6 and I have used Legacy since version 2. The flash drive is the
easiest way to keep your current files with you and use them on any computer
with Legacy 7 installed.

Ann et al,

I have been reading through the back posts on this subject and from the work
which you and others have done it would seem that the problem which you have is
specific to Vista users _ I think I will install Legacy on my own Vista machine
and see what happens. It also seems that it is not related to the repository
for the back-up and furthermore the recommendations in the Help File for Error
91 either do not apply or do not work with Vista. BTW the reference to IGI is
not related to your problem as it only applies if the error arose when using
the IGI from within Legacy.

I note Ken's response to this problem and can see his difficulty as it does not
affect all Vista users. It would be interesting to know if it affects all
versions of Vista - I have Home Basic and can look at that, we know Ann has
Vista Premium which does it affect?

I appreciate that this is not a suggested resolution but maybe re3sponses will
help Ken to reproduce the problem.

Re: [LegacyUG] How determine Jet release version

2009-01-11 Thread Ann Parsons
Dennis,

Firstly I admire your Mother for using the computer. She like me probably
learned to type on a manual typewriter. I recall when the IBM Selectric was
available. I worked in the administration building of the Barstow [CA]
school district. They bought a bunch of them, money no object when it is the
taxpayers money. We were so scared of those typewriters when they were
deliverd, the carriage didn't move. Once we got the hang of it we loved it,
no more slinging the carriage back with your right hand while you were still
typing with your left.

I found the version. It is version 4.0.970.0 created 20 Jan 2008. I went to
the chart found on the link you sent me. For 4.0.970.0 it says this is
Windows Vista SP1 and Windows Server 2008.

The next paragraph states there are five versions of the Jet 4.0 Service
Pack 8 (SP8) download. Vista is not listed. Listed are Windows 2000, XP,
Windows Server 2003, Windows 95, 98 NT 4.0 and millennium edition.

This gives me the idea that this computer has the latest version of the jet
pack. Also I learned that this computer is a 32 bit not a 64 bit as the
salesperson said. I am ok with this.

Some repositories (the FHL, for instance) are equipped to allow saving
directly to a flash drive, rather than copying a document. Having a scan
directly from the image, rather than a scan from a copy of the image, can be
most helpful when trying to interpret a spotty old deed!

I found that the microfilm reader/scanner at the FHL did not recognize the
small external hard drive with which I travel. Fortunately, the FHL sells 1
GB flash drives, 1 for $9 or 2 for $14.

I am not on Vista so I can't help you here. Maybe someone with Vista can
jump in and tell you how to search for a file. Is there a "Help" or
"Help and Support" menu item? Maybe that will tell you how to search for
a file.

Or, if you can open up Windows Explorer, go to C:\Windows\System32 or
C:\Windows\SysWOW64 and look for Msjet40.dll. Right-click on it and then
click Properties.

Dennis,

The directions on the link you sent are How to determine the current release
level of Jet 4.0.
#1. Click start and then click Search.
I clicked on the windows logo ball in lower left corner. No search to be
seen.
I looked around at what comes up after clicking on the windows logo nothing
that I thought could be Search.

Re: [LegacyUG] Check/repair error

2009-01-11 Thread Ann Parsons
I'll check my old back ups and see what I can find. Another odd thing that
happened yesterday was when I was in my 'strays' database I added a person,
then I went to the index tab to change to another person, clicked on that
person and I was back with person one. I tried two or three other people
still stuck on number one. I looked at the history list that is the down
triangle between back and name list. Lo and behold all the people I had
tried to access were listed. I went out of Legacy, turned off the computer,
had a cup of tea, went back and the 'stray' database worked ok.

If you have backups going back that far, you can restore them one at a
time (to a test database) to see when the repository disappeared. The
$64,000 question remains ... what caused it to disappear. Legacy
shouldn't let you delete repositories that are being used.

This is correct. I just tried deleting the "blank line" record in MS
Access on a test database and received the same error.

The funny thing is check/repair is acting like it fixes the problem, but
it actually doesn't.

As Ron said, you will need someone who knows there way around MS Access
to fix the problem for you. I don't think an export of your database to
either a GEDCOM or another Legacy database will fix it, but there is no
harm in trying. I didn't try this part myself.

If you want to send me the .fdb file (off list) I can give it a try. It
doesn't look like a large file.

Ann,

Minor variations in your zip files are nothing to worry about. All the zip
file is is a compressed file containing your data. It is not unusual to get
small variations in the amount of compression and hence the number of KBs.

You can copy a zip file from one form of drive to another in the same way as
you can with any other file.

the dozens & dozens of check /repair I have done the message never was there
until yesterday. Even odder is the repository was there when I did the

Re: [LegacyUG] Error 91 Ta Dah!

2009-01-11 Thread Ann Parsons
Dennis,

That is a very good idea.

After backing up to the C drive, to an external hard drive I then back up to
the flash drive and take it to a different computer and do a restore. I then
look at how many individuals, families, sources there are. Then I go to the
index tab click on RIN and make sure the last RIN is the same. Then I browse
around looking at various people. Things always look ok yet on the second
computer I still get error 91.

It is a good idea to occasionally test the integrity of a backup by
performing a Legacy restore (to a different database). Then run a
check/repair on that test database to see if there are any problems.
Maybe even browse around that database to see if everyone looks to be
there.

Re: [LegacyUG] Error 91 Ta Dah!

2009-01-11 Thread Ann Parsons
Hello Elizabeth,

Welcome to the error 91 group!!! I too hope Millennia can fix the error 91
problem that so many of us get. I have never ticked the multimedia as I
don't have any multimedia. My husband did answer the question where the back
up asks if you want the multimedia in the same folder as the data as yes. I
had never answered it yes since I didn't have any multimedia. After he did
that I was able to back up without getting error 91. After reading messages
from other recipients of error 91 I speculate that error 91 is something
that comes & goes and answering yes has not actually fixed the problem.

2009-01-11 Thread Ann Parsons
Hello Robin and Elizabeth,

I use flash drives to put my back up on a different computer. I am certainly
not well to do. My husband is an age 80 wartime disabled veteran rated 100%
service connected by the Veterans Affairs. He has not been able to work
since 1969. We depend on what this 75 year old lady can earn and his
veterans compensation. I too know the difference between need and want. I am
fortunate to have 2 sons that provided our computers and flash drives for us
as my husband is somewhat confined to our home. Computers sure beat watching
TV. Yes we have a TV that our sons gave us.

Thank Dolly from me for your humor.

Don't feel bad. I bought my mother a PC (for email and web surfing) for

The thing I want you to try is what is listed under "How to determine

Re: [LegacyUG] Error 91= a bit changed

2009-01-11 Thread Elizabeth Cunningham
What people who use computers do is highly variable. I am 74, have been
involved in computers heavily since 1981, marginally since 1955, but
almost all of my experience is in PC programs and accounting systems.
My sister, age 67, is a COBOL programmer (has been for over 40 years)
but does not know nearly as much about PC's as I do. I use spreadsheets
all the time but have done macros maybe twice. Most things technical I
do not do. Have never done photo programs either. A son who does do
photo editing is very patient with me.

The thing is, that computers are now so varied and complex that nobody
knows all of it, even those who spend all their time at it. Not
everybody has all or even most of the skill sets. That is why a list
like this is so handy.

Ann,

Minor variations in your zip files are nothing to worry about. All the zip file
is is a compressed file containing your data. It is not unusual to get small
variations in the amount of compression and hence the number of KBs.

You can copy a zip file from one form of drive to another in the same way as
you can with any other file.

Good morning Ron,

He backed up to the flash drive, then took it to a different computer and
opened it. There seems to be quite a few that are also getting error 91. I
don't have any multimedia files, that is why I didn't say yes when it asked
if I wanted them in the same folder as the data. After reading others
intermittent receiving error 91 I wonder if where my husband thought
answering yes will not solve the problem that I am in remission so to speak
in receiving error 91. I will do the back up to the hard drive and then from
that back up I will back up to the flash drive and see what happens.

I am certainly relived to read your advice to leave the jet engine alone. I
bought this Dell 1525 August 2008 and where I live one gets Vista, no other
option. I hesitate to do mail order as our postman is not too dependable.
Example I have had mail left two blocks away. When I inquired why it was
left there the reply as that the letter was from Kentucky and the car at
that house had Kentucky plates so he left it there. Maybe living on a desert
at 4000 feet elevation all the ultra violet has cooked our brains as one
would an egg.

You are greatly appreciated

Ann,

According to Legacy there should not be a need to change the jet engine in
Vista as it is a later version (and may be different) than the jet engine
which they recommend.

Did your husband backup to your hard drive or Flash? I'm moving towards
thinking that it maybe backing up to Flash which is causing the difficulty,
although I note the post from Jack where he says he has an on-going problem
like yours with vista. I back up to my HD and then copy to Flash btw. and I
do not back up the multimedia files (far too many!).

I do not have Legacy on my Vista machine, I'm afraid.

RE: [LegacyUG] Error 91

2009-01-11 Thread ronald ferguson

Re: [LegacyUG] Error 91 Ta Dah!

2009-01-11 Thread Ann Parsons
Bob,

I remember your posting last summer about receiving error 91 and Millennia
reply that they could not reproduce it. Since so many of us are getting
error 91 perhaps it isn't we users. I agree Millennia can't fix what they
cannot reproduce, kind of a Catch 22.

Thank you for taking the time to let me know what you have heard or haven't
heard from Millennia I appreciate it.

In the Archives their is quite q few posts on Error 91.
Below is a mail I received from Ken McGinnes last June on the subject. To
date I have never seen a answer from support saying that they have worked
out the cause or come up with a fix.

It's almost impossible to fix a problem that we cannot reproduce. If I
could
figure out what is going on then I'd be able to get it fixed.

For now, If a normal backup to your hard drive works do that and then just
copy
the .zip file to you flash drive.

Thanks

2009-01-11 Thread Ann Parsons
Dennis,

I looked at the link you sent. Firstly is says Moderate: Requires basic
macro, coding and interoperability skills. I know nothing about doing
macros, coding or the interoperability skills other than I don't have them.
It goes on about installing Jet 4.0 Service Pack 8. I read about on about
64-bit versions the Msjet40.dll file is in the Windows\SysWOW64 folder. Then
it goes on about various release levels and about a hot fix. All this is
beyond my skills. I have read the comments from the LUG about people like me
being so dumb and there should be a test for a license required before using
a computer. That 95% of people on the LUG are dumber than the skilled ones.
Yes, I am dumb when it comes to computers and perhaps I shouldn't be using
one. But...if not for us dumb ones trying to use one and buy Legacy software
perhaps Legacy would not be as successful as it is. We dumb ones are good
for something!!! I will now get off my soapbox. Must be the full moon
affecting me.

Back to you trying to help me. I bought this Dell 1525 64 bit August 2008
hopefully it came with the required jet packs. I will try the export to a
GEDCOM and then import to a new Legacy database. I do appreciate you taking
the time to help me and perhaps the many others that are also the lucky
recipients of error 91.

Did you export to a Legacy database? Or did you export to a GEDCOM and
then import to a new Legacy database? Try the latter if you haven't
already. But I would recommend taking a look at the Jet Engine first.

Re: [LegacyUG] Error 91

2009-01-11 Thread Ann Parsons
Jack,

Thank you for taking the time to respond to my problem with Legacy. I
received your message last evening and I was too upset to be able to compose
a reply. Now 3:30am and will try to write something that makes sense. It
really helps to know that I am not the only user that gets error 91. I don't'
recall when was the first time I was the 'lucky recipient' of error 91. I do
recall since summer 2008 or perhaps before this on occasion I would get
error 91, do the check repair and and no more error 91.

I agree with you that the advice for error 91 are not helpful to Vista
users. I did everything that the error 91 instructions said to do. I do not
see what the IGI search at the top of the instruction list has to do with
what you, I and many others have that get error 91. I have looked at the IGI
but not thru Legacy I have my internet from my telephone company who gets it
from MSN hence my browser is MSN.

I also get the message when I back up to both my C hard drive and to an
external Maxtor hard drive. Then using the flash drives I do a restore to a
different laptop that has Vista.

What worries me is all my data being backed up??? I can do backup one right
after another and get different KB's. Another odd thing is yesterday when I
did check repair I got the first message in years that I needed to fix and
incorrect repository. I looked at the source it referred me to and I had not
modified it since October 18, 2008. I was surprised to see the repository
was not longer there. I know it was there when I entered the source. Could
error 91 be what caused the repository to be removed. Why no message when
doing check/repair for two and a half months that there was a problem.

I also did the export to a new file, did the uninstall reinstall of the
Legacy program. When doing the back up I did not have the multimedia ticked
as I do not have any multimedia. Yesterday evening my husband suggested when
I get the back up message do I want to put the multimedia in the same folder
as the data to answer yes. After that no more error 91. Now I speculate that
answering yes has nothing to do with no more error 91 that I like you am
back to a period of no more 91 only to have it start again in a week or so.

Again, I thank you for your message it is a great relief to know I am not
the only person with this problem.

Ann

RE: [LegacyUG] Physical Description - event missing form Legacy provided list

2009-01-11 Thread Belinda
Jane

I just tried your suggestion using the sample file to get the list and it
worked really well - was going to create my own event but then decided to
give your suggestion a go and it bought back the event I was missing and a
few others that weren't there either.

What is the complete Child Status List? I've got "None, Stillborn and Twin".
Are there others that are meant to be there as well or is this the complete
list?

Thanks again.

Belinda

Belinda,
I'm having a similar problem with getting my complete Child Status list.
In the Master List Event Definitions, select Options, then Import. You can
try importing the default list or Import from Sample file. Please read
about this first as I believe it adds to your list those events not there
and doesn't write over (like that would be helpful), but please read first.

Thanks

Re: [LegacyUG] All the POSTS! how to organize? Delete?

2009-01-11 Thread Lance
The GMail suggestions are the best way to go. A further step with a
GMail account is to have one exclusively for the Legacy Users' Group
mail. That way you can organize each and every message with labels
applicable to the topic (not necessarily the Subject). I have nearly
9000 UG messages in the archives for this address - all specifically
about Legacy. GMail can find any topic amazingly fast.

Thanks Ron and Jane,

Ron I was being lazy I suppose. As I tend to use narratives I was hoping to
utilize the pre-defined sentences. Oh well, best come up with my own not
that that is too difficult but I would have been interested to see what
sentence the output would have been from the pre-defined sentence.
