Hi,

The download is now reinstalled and the problem is still there.
Did you try to visit the 2 pages from my first mail? Even though the
language is not english it is easy to see if you can read the page or not.

Hello Claus,

I think you must have some serious corruption on one or more files relating
to Safari. My best suggestion would be to apply the combo update to OS X
10.6.4. Using the combo update can often fixe a lot of spurious problems.

Here's a link to the download:

For other users it works fine, so it is a similar situation to google.com

Something in the VO/safari combination is not very stable currently, I

As far as I know there are no real java applications on these pages, I can

To make it even more strange, on theDanish Library for the blind, I am
testing downloads of daisy books. In order to get the download to work I
had to enable java. So now I have some services that requires java and
other sites that require I turn java off.

You should not have to disable java for pages to work, this could indicate
a problem with something else. Are you talking about java itself or java
script, they are 2 different things. Many pages use java script, but very
few pages that I know of actually use java, as in a java application.

the problem on these pages is solved by disabling java.
Is there a java setting I can change to make java work on all sites, or a

I have no English language pages where I have the problem with java

Re: using track changes and comments in pages

2010-10-04 Thread Greg Aikens
Thanks for the response. I was wondering if unlinking the VO cursor and the
keyboard cursor (think that's what it is called) might allow me to look at both
at once. I'm not proficient with my cursors yet and am not sure how I might do
this.

Any idea if this can be done using open office? I don't have access to a
windows machine and don't have boot camp set up.

Thanks for any more help.

mac mini server with no keyboard but the bluetooth one

2010-10-04 Thread Yuma Decaux
Hi list,

In preparation for my IT pro certification i've purchased a mac mini server
late 2010.

AFter having sussed the hardware plug locations and taking the lid off to feel
how easy it is to upgrade it, i've decided to start it up.

I have one problem here. I have no wired keyboard, but i do have a bluetooth
one which the apple representative at the store told me would be recognized
immediately by the OS.

Well, it's not happening, and i have no idea how i can tell whether it has been
paired or not aside from the fact that it apparently hasn't paired with no
reaction when i try turning VO on.

I could start booting with the snow leopard install DVD but even then how am i
supposed to start vo without any input device apparently recognized by the
software?

Serious newbie question here, but its something i guess someone could
troubleshoot right away with sight.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks, and best

RE: #ot configuring network settings with D-Link Extreme?

2010-10-04 Thread Simon Fogarty
Linksys is a subsiddery of cisco.
Linksys is the name that cisco put on their residential or retail devices
where as on their commercial devices they put the cisco name.
They also don't give Linksys devices the same level of configuration as
cisco devices are given.

However some Linksys devices it is possible to wipe the firmware and
install surtain versions of other linux based control os to up grade the
systems.

Really, that is interesting. I have an old Linksys I keep here as a backup
and it served me well until I switched to Apple routers. Cisco must have
sold off or farmed out development for their routers lately. DLink was not
the recommended router a few years ago. Funny how manufacturers swap places
in the rankings from time to time.

Re: reading and writing to NTFS partitions

2010-10-04 Thread Nicolai Svendsen
Hi!

The Mac already has native ways to write to NTFS, anyway, without introducing
software just by enabling it through Terminal. Apparently, that solution works
for some people but not everyone, unless they are missing some steps.

Also, the downside to doing this is you have to enable it on a per volume
basis, so when it is ejected, you have to reenable the read/write. I suppose
software would take care of that, of course, though I wish it wasn't necessary
to make the change stick. It's apparently because of security reasons, though.

Nic

Re: using track changes and comments in pages

2010-10-04 Thread Braille
Track change requires that the focus can be monitored real time. If you click
on edit, track change, track change bar appears under the regular menu bar.
While you can accept, reject, and or ignore any changes made on the document,
you cannot tell which word or sentence or letter is being edited because VO
does not track the track change area while reading the body text. That being
said, I am producing and editing with track changes all the time and can only
be successful with the use of MS word on Boot camp side.
I know that this is not the answer that you want to hear but for now, that is
the way it is as far as I know.

Re: exchange account

2010-10-04 Thread Tim Kilburn
Hi Robert,

When it comes to Exchange and Apple Mail, AddressBook just simply syncs. That
is, all the contacts available on the Exchange server are synced behind the
scenes. Therefore, even though you don't see these directly in your
AddressBook, if you enter the first few characters of an eMail address or
contact name that resides on the Exchange server, Mail will either finish it
for you or give you choices of the matching recipients. Groups are a little
more problematic in that you need to know the actual eMail address of the
group, not just the display name. So, if your Group or distribution List is
named "Law Students" with the eMail address "legalst...@university.edu", then
either type the eMail address or add the address to your own AddressBook giving
it the appropriate name and then you are able to use the name or eMail address.

Calendars do work in some manner but I'm not totally familiar with it. I do
know though that when I received invites, they were placed in my calendar. I
suggest that you go to Apple discussions to learn more about iCal and Exchange
syncing.

HTH.

Re: Navigating mail and Safari

2010-10-04 Thread GEOFF WAALER
Hi Linda,

What flavor of Mac do you have? Does it have a trackpad? If so would you be
willing to consider that interface as an alternative to the keyboard?

Personally I became extremely disgusted with the fact that all VO commands
required anywhere from three to five keys which often had no rhyme nor reason
to them (e.g. control-option-u for the rotor when the letter u is absent from
the word rotor), or the way you were often forced to remove hands from the home
keys to enter for example control-option-shift-f3 to toggle cursor tracking
since the macbook pro lacks a control on the right side.

I realize that personal preferences vary, but I began using the trackpad almost
exclusively and now find reviewing email and web navigation very comfortable
and fast using MacOs and voiceOver. I will share some details if the trackpad
is even applicable in your situation. If you are going to stay with the
keyboard, I'm afraid Sarah has your best answer on this thread so far --
essentially that you're SOL.

Best regards.

Re: Not able to sign into itunes

2010-10-04 Thread carlene knight
I've got a Magic Mousepad. I'm still having some busy signals as usual when I
go down the sources table as the app store always tries to load, I think. I
discovered that somehow the hide Ping sidebar had become unchecked, and I think
it was searching for a Ping playlist. It still doesn't act perfect, but better
than it did. Thanks.

track pads

How do you click and double tap with a track pad? I have the Magic Track Pad,
and sometimes when links are highlighted, they tend to activate whether I want
them to or not. I can't seem to double tap on anything, nothing happens. I am
so frustrated with the thing that it is just sitting here on my desk getting
more dust than use. It works perfectly well for my sighted husband with the
track pad commander turned off.

exchange account

2010-10-04 Thread Robert Hooper
Hello All:)

As I may have passingly mentioned in a previous post, The Ohio State University
email system is set up and run from an exchange server. My question regards the
synchronization of information. On my PC, all my contacts and calendar schedule
is nicely synchronized. When I set up the mail account on the Mac, I seem to
remember it saying something about synchronizing my contacts and calendar with
the corresponding Mac applications. However, when opening either iCal or
Address Book, there aren't any appointments or contacts to be seen. Is there an
additional step I must take? Is there something I am missing in order for this
to work properly? Also, on an unrelated note, I hear a lot about a program
called Webkit. From the information I am receiving via the list, it seems to be
something derived from the native Safari web browser or its code. Could
somebody describe exactly what it is, the benefits to using such, and why it
may be preferable to Safari? Any information would be greatfully received.
Thanks,

Most of the time, I don't find it necessary to move the mouse cursor to the VO

I know when snow leopard first came out, having the mouse follow VO would cause
some very buggy behavior. Especially when navigating the menubar. Personally,
I have my mouse cursor following VO. I don't notice much bad behaior because

Re: Mouse cursor\vo cursor

2010-10-04 Thread Tim Kilburn
hi,

There are some web-pages and a few apps that behave strangely when the mouse
follows the VO cursor. This happened more in the past before VO went through
so many upgrades but still is there occasionally. What is happening in these
cases most likely is that when the mouse is over a certain item or area, it
causes something to occur that more or less makes your app unresponsive. The
only way to get out of it would have been to either wait until an opportune
moment when it was between busy cycles or to Force Quit the app. Now, with
this in mind, I still have all my cursors following each other at all times and
seldom have issues.

Even with cursors following each other, you will need to use the VO-cmd-f5
command to bring the mouse cursor to the VO cursor when dragging and dropping.

HTH.

Re: Navigating mail and Safari

2010-10-04 Thread Mike Arrigo
Hi Linda, though it may be a bit difficult for you to get used to at first
voice over and the mac do things a bit differently than the windows screen
readers, so you will find that things do not work exactly the same. For
example, on the web, you move item by item rather than line by line. Things are
still read in proper order, and links and controls are still separated the way
you're used to, but it moves by item rather than line. A table is similar to a
list view in that you can move through the messages, and you can interact with
the table and read down the list without hearing every column As I move through
my messages, I usually just read the subject line. While there are some
similarities between the mac and windows, there are some definite differences,
and expecting everything to work the way you are used to will cause problems.

Mouse cursor\vo cursor

2010-10-04 Thread Colin M
Hi all!
I'm wondering why people do not have the mouse cursor automatically follow the
vo cursor?
I've heard on a few occasions that people move the mouse cursor to the vo
cursor!
There is a setting to make this happen, and would remove the need to route the
mouse to vo!
Or is there an advantage to not having the mouse follow vo?
All the best!

The way I would handle that is to format the drive as a fat32 drive. That way,

Re: Not able to sign into itunes

2010-10-04 Thread Jude DaShiell
Don't hit enter, hit tab onto okay field then hit space and see if that
works. Why itunes should be going into busy mode like that even under
these circumstances though for me is a puzzle. If you can get to a local
mac users group meeting you may get lots more support there. Have you got
a working mouse and monitor hooked up to the computer too? Could be a
missing mouse may freak itunes out.On Sun, 19 Sep 2010, Antonio M

The issue is signing in. itunes keeps going into busy mode after I enter the

Is there a known issue with itunes, and a solution, or do I need to do

Navigating mail and Safari

2010-10-04 Thread Linda Adams
Hello, everyone. I am Linda Adams, a very new and inexperienced user of an
Apple Snow Leopard 10.6. I have been a Windoes user for ten years, and now
I am experimenting to see if the Apple Snow Leopard will be comfortably
accessible.

My computer technician friend has been worried for a while about the
increasing security problems with Windows computers and is wanting me to switch
to Apple. I would be very interested to hear from former Windows users
regarding what benefits they experience with Apple versus the Windows PC
computer.

On a more specific note, is there anything that I can set in System Preferences
or VoiceOver Utility to get rid of the table view in Mail and switch it
to a list view so that there aren't as many navigation steps to go through to
read messages?
Are there settings that I can do to allow me to read a website line by line
from the top of the page to the bottom in Safari? I like to go to catalog
websites
such as LL Bean or The Vermont Country Store where there are plain text
descriptions of every product below that product link. I want to see the web
pages
as they really are rather than just being shown links, headers, or other such
element groups.
My hands are quite small. Is it possible to change settings so that not as
many keys need to be pressed at a time to perform functions? I know about
Quick Nav and locking the VoiceOver keys, but the VoiceOver keys often need to
be unlocked to perform other commands.

Thank you for any advice and help that you can give me. I have three friends
counting on me to tell them whether Apple would be good to switch to or not.

Too bad, I thought perhaps I would go and by a D-Link and see a whole

That's interesting. At first my husband and I both thought we were imagining
it because the router was new. So we actually sat around downloading videos and
stuff, to see if it was really true. Good to know we weren't hallucinating. :)

 Hi all,

Our linksys router broke this week, so we just replaced it with a D-Link
extreme. But we're having a problem in that our network settings don't
 seem
to be sticking. How does one go into the network settings for a D-link
router, the old httP;//192.168.1.1 doesn't seem to work in this case.
 Thanks,
 Donna

Re: help with a website please

2010-10-04 Thread Carolyn
Hi Colin:
Well, thanks. I knew some of it, but I've just spent the whole morning with
this site, and the only way to find the ads is with the roter, but then the
items aren't showing. Even when I set it to category, I'm getting absolutely
nowhere. I've finally gone back to my poor old faithful Dell:) and already
accomplished signing in and finding my list. Chalk one botched up for Apple:)
Anyhow, thank you for following up.
Take care

  Hi Carolyn!
I see from your last message you are having lessons!
So just in case you do not know about the web rotor, you access it with the
command vo+u
If you already know about it!
You can ignore this next bit!
When the rotor is open it might be on links, if it is you can left arrow to
the headings table, if the weekly ads have a heading you can either down arrow
to it or type w or more of the word weekly and that should take you to that
heading!
When you are on the heading in the rotor vo+space bar, that will take you to
the heading itself!
And you should be able to navigate from there!
alternatively if you know the product you want, on the rotor in the links
table [ say it's beef ] it might have it's own link so type beef and that will
narrow down the links to those with something to do with beef!
Or what you are searching for!
Then like before just vo+space bar, you'll be on that items link then and if
you want it vo+space bar again!
  hth Colin
Sorry if you knew this already! :]

Re: #ot configuring network settings with D-Link Extreme?

2010-10-04 Thread Scott Granados
Donna, your DLink does the same thing. I forget what the default name is it's
either dlink or dlink-gw or dlinkrouter something like that. Since the router
provides your DNS for you they just inject a name with the routers IP in to
your dns requests that the device proxies.

You can set this name to what ever you want by adjusting the host name field in
the main settings page for network.

Hope that helps.

Re: #ot configuring network settings with D-Link Extreme?

2010-10-04 Thread Scott Granados
That's exactly what you should expect to see. That's what I mean by forwarding
rate. Your Dlink forwards or passes the packets from the inside or where your
computer is to the outsid or where your connection to your provider is faster
than the equivalent linksys. This has everything to do with the port design,
backplain processing and actual routing engine. The difference is so great
it's like buying a whole new faster higher priced service but with out spending
the cash with the carrier. I've had several small clients who i moved over and
they all had the same experience.

Thanks
Scott

Subject: help with a website please

 Hi guys:
I've been trying to work with a website, to sign in, view weekly ads, etc.
I am getting all of nowhere, and it's a site I normally peruse with JFW
and my old kDell. I want to use the mac, but can't get anything to behave
properly. If anyone likes a challenge, could you please check out
kingsoopers.com? See if you can view weekly ads, create account, or sign
in. I've tried using group mode, and then Dom mode, tried working from
trackpad or from keyboard. I'm pretty much clueless why this site is so
confounded or how to best work with it.
Any help would be much appreciated. I can be reached at
 sourceho...@gmail.com

Thanks for reading. And to anyone who can be of help you'll be my BFF,
 (stolen from my daughter:)

 Thanks

 Carolyn

Well, it opens ok, but when you put a search quarry in and hit return or

Re: help with a website please

2010-10-04 Thread Colin M
Hi Carolyn!
I see from your last message you are having lessons!
So just in case you do not know about the web rotor, you access it with the
command vo+u
If you already know about it!
You can ignore this next bit!
When the rotor is open it might be on links, if it is you can left arrow to the
headings table, if the weekly ads have a heading you can either down arrow to
it or type w or more of the word weekly and that should take you to that
heading!
When you are on the heading in the rotor vo+space bar, that will take you to
the heading itself!
And you should be able to navigate from there!
alternatively if you know the product you want, on the rotor in the links table
[ say it's beef ] it might have it's own link so type beef and that will
narrow down the links to those with something to do with beef!

It's true.

I think the Cisco take over of Linksys adversely impacted the quality of the
products. Cisco tends to offer products that don't offer wire rate speeds and
end up having some forwarding rate that's a fraction of the available
bandwidth. Cheap processors and bad code. The devices, especially older
vintage do well with 3rd party firmware that allows you to undo a lot of their
limitations. For example, using a wrt54G and tomato or dd-wrt firmware you can
boost the radio output greatly, increase the clock rate, impliment working QOS,
and in general undoa lot of the problems you run in to with a stock unit.
D-Link had one code rev with capcha enabled and that negatively impacted the
perception of their gear in our circles. To bad too because I and a few others
as well as sited folks for other reasons pointed out this was a bad idea and in
all future releases this feature is disabled by default so not a show stopper.
Seems to happen to all companies though, their quality changes over their
histories. Everything I can think of this has done this whether it's Dell or
the old Gateway, they start out great and slowly decline. One reason I like
apple, they work so hard to keep the quality up and the support to back it up
is superior.

Re: #ot configuring network settings with D-Link Extreme?

2010-10-04 Thread Scott Howell
Really, that is interesting. I have an old Linksys I keep here as a backup and
it served me well until I switched to Apple routers. Cisco must have sold off
or farmed out development for their routers lately. DLink was not the
recommended router a few years ago. Funny how manufacturers swap places in the
rankings from time to time.

Re: XCode compile.

2010-10-04 Thread Jonathan Cohn
Did you buy Snow Leopard as an upgrade, or did it come with yuour
computer? When upgrading from Leopard to Snow Leopard, the DVD
install does not install the Developer package including XCode and App
Builder. But if you insert the DVD in the slot after upgrading, then
you will find an installer for the developer system. I don't recall
getting a DVD with my new MacBook, so I am not sure what the process
is in that case.

Best wishes,

Jon

  Hi Isaac,

It sounds as though you can't read the messages that Nic started sending with
certification. These show up in my mailbox with an extra heading after "Reply
to:" for his security certificate that says "Signed" with his email address.
If I read his mail on my iPod Touch of iPad I'm not aware of the security
certificate, but I can view this in the headings under Apple Mail if I choose
to examine this on my Mac.

Re: java in safari on or off for different sites

2010-10-04 Thread Claus Thøgersen

Hi,

Yes I mean Java, that is turning Java off solved the problem I have on these
2 danish sites

www.dr.dk
www.jp.dk

With Java enabled the pages never really load, but when it is turned off I
have no problems.
For other users it works fine, so it is a similar situation to google.com
that I can use as my startup page in Safari but others report many problems
with google.
Something in the VO/safari combination is not very stable currently, I hope
Apple are aware of what is going on.

As far as I know there are no real java applications on these pages, I can
only describe how I found a solution to the problem.
To make it even more strange, on theDanish Library for the blind, I am
testing downloads of daisy books. In order to get the download to work I had
to enable java. So now I have some services that requires java and other
sites that require I turn java off.

You should not have to disable java for pages to work, this could indicate a
problem with something else. Are you talking about java itself or java
script, they are 2 different things. Many pages use java script, but very
few pages that I know of actually use java, as in a java application.

the problem on these pages is solved by disabling java.
Is there a java setting I can change to make java work on all sites, or a
way to enable java on specific sites?

I have no English language pages where I have the problem with java

cannot access with java enabled, very strange!

2010-10-04 Thread Anne Robertson
Hello Claus,

I think you must have some serious corruption on one or more files relating to
Safari. My best suggestion would be to apply the combo update to OS X 10.6.4.
Using the combo update can often fixe a lot of spurious problems.

Here's a link to the download:

Re: jumping to next line of text with voiceover?

2010-10-04 Thread Anne Robertson
Have you tried using Groups mode? Links tend to be grouped together, so you can
skip a bunch of them at once by doing VO-Down arrow or just down arrow with
Quick Nav on.

I use Groups mode most of the time, in fact, I only use DOM mode when I want to
read through a fairly long article without stopping. The problem with reading a
whole article in Groups mode is that it puts all the links within a group at
the end of that group, making some paragraphs incomprehensible.

I have a keyboard commander shortcut set to switch between Groups and DOM mode.

Cheers,

Anne

Re: #ot configuring network settings with D-Link Extreme?

2010-10-04 Thread Scott Granados
Do * not * buy anything linksys!

They are knock off cisco products and have al the problems inharent in that.

They do not forward at line rate, do not have stable radios and have serious
under processing problems. They also have squirrely results when left on for a
long period of time.

D-Link was definitely the right choice. Oh and the QOS isn't broken on a
D-Link extreme like it is on the Linksys. Linksys products don't appropriately
classify or tag traffic for QOS calculations.

Re: Adium has new window

2010-10-04 Thread Nicolai Svendsen
Hello Patricia!

This is usually due to Growl. You can choose to either change Growl to the
"Speech" display style in System Preferences>Growl>Display Tab, then find the
popup for the default style and select "Speech".

If you do not want all those events to speak as it does get quite chatty, you
can go to Adium Preferences (Command-Comma), navigate to the "Events" button in
the toolbar and select the event you would like to add an action to, edit or
remove. You do this by expanding the event within the table. You can then
display the individual actions for the various events present, then hit
"Delete" and replace it with another event such as "Speak event".

You can also just elect to turn off notifications for Adium in Growl, though
you may want to get rid of the Growl events in this case if you do not change
the display style. DO this by going into System Preferences>Growl>Applications
tab, then find the table. Uncheck the box next to Adium. You can also Stop
Growl from the General tab and uncheck the box so it does not start at login.

Hope this helps. Good luck!

Nic

Re: #ot configuring network settings with D-Link Extreme?

2010-10-04 Thread Scott Granados
Donna, D-Link uses
http://192.168.0.1 as the default.

try that if not do the following

from your command prompt do an
ipconfig /all | more
read down until you see your specific device that's connected and look for the
gateway address, should be 192.x.x.x or 10.x.x.x. Then browse to that address.

Also try https192.168.0.1 or what ever your gateway address is. I believe
d-Link supports ssl now.

Hope that helps.

Ray look for a plug in for something like PGP or GPP and you can add that
functionality. There may be a way to do this natively but PGP is very commonl
used across many mail clients.

Re: Adium has new window

2010-10-04 Thread Jonathan Cohn
This usually happens when you are not in the application that opened a
new window. If you use VO-F1 (twice) and then select Adium you should
hfind a window with a (new) appended to the end. There might be a
possibility that the window is a "transient" window that disapears
after a couple of seconds. (you know Joshua has logged in ) perhaps.

Best wishes,

Jon

Re: help with a website please

2010-10-04 Thread Colin M
Hi Carolyn!
I'm unfortunately in the Uk!
I'm using dom mode and can navigate that site ok!
But as you can imagine my local store might be a little further than 50 miles :]
I can get to the account set up page, and when I clicked on weekly ads that's
when I got asked for my address to find my local store!
Oh well I'll have to move to the USA Hahahahaha
But the main thing is I could navigate ok with a keyboard.
I don't know if this has been any help!

 Hi guys:
I've been trying to work with a website, to sign in, view weekly ads, etc.
I am getting all of nowhere, and it's a site I normally peruse with JFW

properly. If anyone likes a challenge, could you please check out
kingsoopers.com? See if you can view weekly ads, create account, or sign
in. I've tried using group mode, and then Dom mode, tried working from

confounded or how to best work with it.

Re: Adium has new window

2010-10-04 Thread James Malone
Hi. Once in Adium, hit VO f2 twice, and it will bring up a menu of windows.
Then just arow down, and press enter on the window you want. It could be a chat
message, or Growl could be sending in pop up notifications. If the window says
something about a system alert, then Growl is probably set to bounce and pop up
the notification window whenever an event has occured.

RE: #ot configuring network settings with D-Link Extreme?

2010-10-04 Thread Simon Fogarty
Donna,

Have a look at your router or gateway ip address and use that to log on to
the device.
But I'd say tak ethe the d-link device back and get a new Linksys device.
I"ve never found d-link to be much good for anything and their interface was
never overly great.

Hi all,

Our linksys router broke this week, so we just replaced it with a D-Link
extreme. But we're having a problem in that our network settings don't seem
to be sticking. How does one go into the network settings for a D-link
router, the old httP;//192.168.1.1 doesn't seem to work in this case.
Thanks,
Donna

Re: Safari frusterations!

2010-10-04 Thread Nicolai Svendsen
Hi!

Let me guess, you're not using Webkit. That'd explain why your Safari crashes,
although I don't even seem to have that problem when using the regular Safari
which is pretty interesting. I didn't even know the current site was
inaccessible, so to speak.

 Hello everyone,
I am working on a Mac book pro in win 7. Unfortunately I keep
finding myself having to do this. Part is my inability to completely grasp

cannot get the functionality that I find necearry to complete my work and
university assignments. For example last night I was searching for
information on a pelit stove that I am working on. I found a good and very
informative site, however the mouse over functions were completely crazy.
Nothing was folloing a sequence that I could replicate, finally just by
clicking on every mouse over on the page all of the information was
displayed. I went into windows and discovered that the site was solid.
This is only one event. I very frequently find that this is occurring even
in google of all places. Many times the heading hot key does not function
properly. Can you tell me if you guys are running into similar
frustrations? I find similar troubles with the need for a good word
processor and spreadsheet application. I will not go into details right
now, but I too am questioning how long before we can expect a bit more
stability and a solid tool for productivity? I love the sleek design and
form factor in the mac, however I am not seeing the craze and mysticism
 that
many folks are embuing the machines with. I have found the hardware just
 as
pron to wear and tare and failer as on a PC. I will stop my rant and I
really appoligize if I have offended anyone, that was certainly not my
intentions. I just want a bit of a reality check.
 Sincerely,
 Scott

I think it's 192.168.0.1 to access dlink routers.

Netgear routers are pretty cool, you go to "routerlogin.net" and it
takes you there.
