should I be diluting it? Many thanks. dee

Part of the tick may still be in your arm. If you swab directly with
oregano, you may overdose your skin which could create some of the reaction.
Some oils penetrate better than others. Tea tree, clove, lavender
penetrate. Mixing your oregano with jojoba and those other oils could be a
better way than straight oregano. I would be tempted to keep it cold at
first while you zap with a battery. In a few days, alternating heat and
cold could be beneficial. Isopropyl alcohol may not be as good as vodka or
everclear. Vitamin C, several grams could be good. If you have respiratory
allergic reactions, baking soda and or choline may help. If you zapp, be
aware that local burns are possible. You can feel this happening. Avoid it
by increasing the area of the damp sponges/ paper towels or decreasing the
voltage.

Hi Vicki,
Sounds like you're doing some smart things, As a chronic Lymie of 45+ years,
I'm
definitely not a fan of abx, but Doxycycline, 6 week's worth, will stopacute
Lyme (recently bitten) and resolve it if administered right away.

alldaychemist.com is an offshore source (without a prescription) for generic
doxy, where I just placed an order for some to have on hand in case any of my
loved ones are ever bitten. It's a reputable source with good, reliable
products, very cheap, but shipping is high and not super fast. (Also, they've
recently switched payment methods from credit cards to money orders and such,
so
less convenient) That's worrisome for your situation. If you can get even a
couple weeks of doxy from a local doctor until you can get more on your own,
that's what I would do in your situation. Most docs will prescribe doxy after
an
obvious bull's eye Lyme rash, but not for long enough to truly nip it in the
bud, as experienced and recognized by most if the Lyme community.

Warning: I'm not a doc, only a lymie lab-rat, with no credentials to give
medical advice, only to share what I've learned and experienced on several Lyme
groups over 6 years.

Once this bite goes chronic and the pathogens have found their desired hiding
places, it's a much more complicated, costly, and uncertain health problem that
I wouldn't wish on anyone. You have a small, very important window of
opportunity to save yourself years of struggle and heartache. Best of luck.

Be well,

If I were you I’d do two things right away. Make a paste out of activated
charcoal and tincture of lobelia, echinacia, comfrey, and lobelia
(brownrecluses.com makes a great one). I’d also apply some electricity.
Get a flashlight battery (not 9 volt, 1 ½ or 3 volt). Solder two wires to
either end, cut some sponges in 2 inch squares and wrap those sponges around
the two ends of the two wires (after you strip the ends of plastic). Afix
with a rubber band. Wet sponges and apply sponges to either side of bite or
one on top and one on the other side of forearm. Keep in place for 5
minutes then switch sponges and treat for another 5 minutes. Do this once a
day for the next 3 days. Apply paste twice a day. If you can’t get any of
these things, get some baking soda and mix with CS to a paste. Apply this
in same manner but won’t be as effective as the lobelia tincture. Good
luck.

I would consider godzilla type Zapping, nothing but 6 volt battery with
leads stuck into sponges or whatever. Beyond that, frequency zapping
ala Hulda Clark and Rife. Brooks CS with DMSO topically. Prid drawing
salve from the pharmacy has drawing powers if you leave it on for a few
days in a paste. Make a salve from bees wax olive or coconut oil and
oregano oil. Add lavender oil and clove to it.

Go to a doc and get a month of antibiotics. You can do all this other
stuff as well. Take lots of probiotics if you take the antibiotics. They
are not as dangerous as not getting them when you are bitten by a tick.

I second the CS with DMSO topically. Since it if in your forearm, I would
make a bath with 90% CS and 10% DMSO and just submerge the whole rash for
as long as you can each day.
