Same is happening with me.
My case is well-known for many more people. My college has provided me
all aids & uplyances as per the HC order. But, now they are not
ready to provide me any kind of work. Even though they have proof of
my work. What can I do in this case?

Dear all,
I feel the issue has been selectively reported by the TNN and is not true.
The issue of reservation in promotion for persons with disabilities was not
there for consideration before the court in the instant matter.
I have tried to explain this on the blog post
You are bang on Vashishth Sir.
I also know that, the issue was wrongly reported.
We do not need to panic as much for now.

Dear Friends,
I am sure what I am going to write is not going to be popular but all the same:
We must fight for non-discrimination at the time of promotional
examinations on the basis of disabilities. Reservation at the time of
promotion is going to not solve our problem. What George said

I think, this reporting is a caricatured version of actual
pronouncement of SC on the date...
The SC was hearing plea for disobeying court's order for filling
15000 vacant posts. SC dismissed the plea saying that implementation
is under way and accepted Center's reply that it will be completed by
