While trying to upgrade Remedy 7.1 to Remedy 9, we have first installed oracle
12c, then migrated entire production data from Remedy 7.1 on oracle 12c, then
installed Remedy 8.1 and then we did a installation of remedy 9.

and installer is still running, any ideas how should we proceed.
Should we stop the installer in between now ?
