Hi All,
The email templates are configured in SYS:Notification Messages form for ITSM7.
Is there a way by which we could send these email Notifications in HTML format?
Any help/pointers will be much appreciated.

Most certainly it feels more ITIL aligned than ITSM6,

inbound email? Has anyone gone down this road yet and found anything that
exists in the workflow that's not enabled or would help simplify the
process?
