Here's my Arthur Pryor conspiracy theory. The reason the Beach Cam isn't working on the city website is that the redevolopers don't want anybody to see the amphitheater being phased out. The camera was pointed directly at the pavilion. Hmmm. I honestly think a big stink should be made out of

This is a Catch 22 and MM most likely knows it; I would hope that they proceed professionally. No other firm has done what MM has done in Asbury Park (in recent history) I don't think that there is an arguement there. Yes, things are delayed, but would it be adviseable to chase MM out of town?
