Hi Axel,
would it be possible to update your F17 MythTV package to use Systemd instead of the SysV
scripts as these seem to offer much more flexibility eg you can wait for devices

I've upgraded to F12 MythTV 0.24 and by in large the upgrade has succeeded but the
MythFrontend is crashing every time I try and scan for audio devices in the setup.
So I'm trying to get a backtrace output .
I've installed the debug-info package but I'm still not getting any output.

Yum should automatically update to the F14 equivalent eg if you have MythTV-F12 then yum

Having said this I haven't had any quality issues with sound just sync .
not sure if this is a consolation but 0.24 if you didn't know has plenty of re-writes to

Perhaps I don't quiet understand, but I can't figure out how to install either
mythtv-bijou or the Bleeding mythtv-0.22
