Hello I'm currently the happy owner of an SB3. My plan is to buy the 2xNuforce ref. 9V2SE mono-amps, connect them with XLR to a SD Transporter and use the Transporter as a pre-amp. This should not be a problem or? Does anyone currently have this setup (transport + nuforce)? -- Enoch

That being said, I really would like to learn... Try reversing the connection on your speaker cables, so the end connected to the amp is connected to the speaker and vice-versa. If you hear a dramatic difference then your cable is 'directional' and you are ready to be an audiophile. --
