Whenever you want to know what a particular key on the keyboard is, press
Jaws / Insert Key + 1, on the number row to turn Jaws keyboard help on, then

You need to disable protected view first to get it to work well with Jaws.
Do the following:
1. From either your desktop or start menu, press enter on Adobe. The
Adobe window is now open, press control + K, to open preferences. Anothe
ast it's better than it was.

My guess would be that the criteria that was used from an old Daily Oldie
email to create the message rule and the criteria for the Daily Oldie emails
that you are receiving now is different. In other words something in the
Daily Oldie emails has changed from then to now. Or, so

did for me, it is a direct download link. I believe this link is for Adobe
version 9.3. After you get it downloaded & installed you can then update it
if you wish.
