That will depend on which email program you use. For outlook, you have to export what you want to save into a folder and then save that folder to a flash drive or some type of external hard drive. Then you can import that saved folder into the outlook program on the destination computer.

If I understand yur question, when you encounter a pdf file, you want to save it where you can find it and then use conversion software to open it. If you are in internet explorer, hit the right mouse button key on the file name; then jaws will say save target as; at tthat point type the file
