Most likely you have a chunk of dish cloth or sponge lodged in the cutters. It
could be stuck bearings, but doubtful. Feel down inside the disposal around
the edge and see, no pun intended, if you can find something of the cloth or
may be some plastic like off of some packaging . Feel real goo

According to some, the less expensive the unit the louder they are also.
Considering the length of time one uses such a

Use a mover for years. First I boxed in the flowers and other areas I didn't
