You get this greeting whenever your script throws out an exception.
I would reactive debug it and look at what step is failing. Who knows,
perhaps you missed a setting on the CSQ so the script is finding itself
unavailable to route the call to the agent and throwing an exception to
you.

I tested prompt recording using a IPCC script. ( Accept step & Recording
step with 2 variables prompt & doc types )
It records well , but it creates 2 .wav files in wfavvid/temp folder for
a single recording. One file is around 3KB & second file is bigger & it's

Clear cache and try again. Login first through appadmin with

Yup that is exactly what I do. In CM i have 4 defined DP (HQ, SiteB,
711, 729). In IPCC I see 5 (adding in Default). I pick the HQ DP for
the adding in JTAPI and it just hangs.
