According to that article some developers are porting their games over
to Phantom. That sounds like it is developed specifically for Phantom.
These could be PS2 based games so it may need to be rewritten to support
the PC architecture.

PC games are geared to a somewhat vague hardware spec that increases over time.
I'm not sure if PC developers would care about Phantom owners when creating games, unless the Phantom
DDR Ram when first introduced also had a negligible effect on performance when first introduced.
Dual channel DDR, when first introduced, was also pretty useless. However newer Intel procs receive a large performance boost with it enabled.
