Last thing - then I'm dropping this - I wasn't angry, neither was 'gel, I
don't think. The thing that got this all going was the lack of the OP to
disclose the facts, after asking several times, he just kept reiterating the
same generalities over and over, without giving us anything to make us go
I thought Dinner was Rick. Who is Denny? Now I'm just confused...

Yeah his statement made me angry, he's willing to dump the dog at the local
pound. This dog can be rehabbed by the right people.

Yes I did have that information, but that does not make it right, however
painfully extracted. And I stand by my words.
No, it didn't "outrage me" because I do believe that one should have all the
facts first about any situation before total judgement is made. But that's
just me. I understand ever

Where do you even get that attitude though? Clearly you are taking an angry
stance, which is precisely my point.
I never once got that feeling from his post: "fuck it and shoot him". Not

decision had been made.

heh - I agree here - but must say that you have the convenience of having
all the info in front of of you. those of us who replied early in that
thread did not have that convenience.
it's easy to say "shame on you" once you get all the info (painfully
extracted, IMO). re-read that first post - w
My condolences Jim.

I don't think that a lot of people have really "come down" on him, there's a
lot of people saying "there's options". If you call a AmStaff/Pit rescue in
the area and tell them come get the dog now, most will do exactly that.
Their concern is the welfare of the dog. His dog is a difficult rehab, in
yeah that one with the haircut was adorable :)
