useless. However, if you group or sort the results, you could do
something like get the min or max id for each distinct record. I
can't think of any reason why you would want to, but it's possible.

I'm also a member of Slow Food USA, so I know what you mean. But I'll
probably never go to any of these places, so it's going to have to come to
me, as it will with the rest of the world.

Ah, but there is something deliciously indulgent in having it HERE and FRESH
from THERE.
It adds to the overall sensuous experience.
(I used to backpack 30-50 miles a weekend, and often brought exotic meals
like steak and potatoes, game hen, or once lobster instead of dried foods.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I think he'll stick with his Tarbais :)

There is certainly a place for meals like that, but I generally speaking
have to question bringing those items all the way over here in order to
serve them. I'd love to try the Bouillabaisse. But I think it ought to be
tried in Greece. I like crab when I catch it in a pot, bring it to the

Science dude extracts 45 million year old yeast from a weevil trapped in
amber, wakes the yeasties up, brews beer! And now he's made a brewing

Funny you should mention bean casserole. One of the courses was a roasted
Colorado lamb chop surrounded by Tarbais beans (perfectly cooked by Chef
Christophe Joignant), which are the only kind used in an authentic
Cassoulet.
Carters been gone for years :)

For the love of all that is holy and good, let us NOT keep the person who
made the problem in office to fix the problem. Ever.
If the solution was easy and obvious, then the new guy can do it, too.
If the solution is hard, then the new guy is probably better able to fix
what the other guy broke.
I don't know why - but that man, wow ... I just want to keep him in a
room all to myself ...
Anyway! That would of been cool Yes, next time and get pics! :D
