I used a wall paper steamer from the local home improvement store. After about 2 seconds of steam it will scrape right off. You can figure out a method of going slow together with the scraper right behind the steamer and take off a lot in a short time.
It's a whole lot safer than other "heat"
when you go to fix it.

items is "Container Asm. - Tire Traction Compound". This compound sits on
top
with 15x8 with 4.5 inches of
