Actually, if you want to be real precise
the formula is: Bore X Bore X Stroke X .785398163 You then multiply that

Casting numbers (he didn't
see any, so...)- Determine gear ratio (be nice if they were 3.73s :o])-
Check that the gears look 'okay' (no rust, scoring, etc.)- Verify
Positraction by checking that both ends spin the same
direction
Thanks, as
always.

I have the pump mounted with the cheesy rubber
piece included with the pump. I think I’ll try a thicker piece of rubber and
longer bolts with rubber washers although I think the pump will still be noisy.

Now that I have the Chevelle running I have had time to
notice how loud the blue Holley 110 gph electric fuel pump is.
My question is; does anyone know of an electric fuel pump
that can match the Holley in performance but
is not so loud that you have to shout over it?

Hope this is making

Hey, Gang.
Just ordered my
new 350 from Scoggin-Dickey, and thought I'd let you all know that they
just went on sale. $1279.99 + shipping. Pretty sweet deal, since I
was going to buy it today anyway for $1479.95. :o]

I really don't know where there is a dyno around here. Boy, that would
be the way to go.
