Can anyone give me some advice on getting my first networking job. I am
currently studying for my CCNA through the Cisco Networking Academy. Will my
CCNA get my foot in the door even if it is a junior network engineer. Is the
CCNA certificate really good to get if you want to get

I have two Cat 2950-24 switches , when I connect to the first switch
through hyper terminal , something strange happening to me , that strange
thing is when I try to type any letter on the keyboard it gives me another

There were some bugs with 12.0(5) with regards to hyperterm, causing the

No. Synch does not have any effect here. The issue is to create the
initial neighbor relationship. Synch only matters when you are trying to
get routes into the route table.

I'm fairly confident that I remember this. It could be for ibgp only, or
maybe just for ebgp.

that this particular solution is smoke-and-mirrors, at least in
our area. We'd have to buy new point-to-point circuits that
all point to a _single_ POP.
MPLS isn't even needed in this case
