I've tried to install Mdk 7.2 on two computers which both have only 32M of RAM (image was network.img). In both signal 9 is received after loading mdkinst_stage2.gz. By adding some memory the broblem goes off. So for example on the same computers with 48M of RAM the installation succeeded.

When I was done fixing the resolution I noticed my gnome menu was gone. When I click on the gnome foot logo all I see is add panel, log out and that's it. All the application shortcuts are gone. Then I started kde2 and the menu was still intact in kde2 but the menu wasn't in gnome.
