and the holding down the button to get the red flashing light? I've had
serious connection issues with mine on occasion and recycling the
receiver(is that what we call it) solved it for me.

Seeing this thread resurface reminded me I was going to run tests under

OK, I know this is a stupid question but I just wanted to be clear.
When people talk about remote desktop into their WHS to install
SqueezeCenter are they talking about the built in Remote Access
function of the WHS or are they talking about remote desktop in to the
WHS not from the web
I ran a clear and rescan on my NAS a few days ago (but without first
pointing the library to a single album and rescanning) and screendumped
the full library time. Those stats are 86,352 tracks in 110.63 minutes,
meaning a 0-E scan will take roughly 27.17 minutes. If I follow the
same approach

Update: I've downloaded the latest nightly patch last night (7.0.1) and
reinstalled SqueezeCenter. I've also done a 'software update' for the
controller. Restarted everything and it works!!

both play fine individually. When I sync, they start out in perfect
sync, but after a few seconds the Receiver pauses for about a second
causing a delay. If I deselect the option to keep syncronization it

Personally for the long term and ease of use, adding the album pic into
the song's tag is by far the way to go.
