If you still want to do it, I strongly suggest you copy all
the radio's parameters to a laptop so you can "fix" it on
the fly.
My K3 no longer goes to FD ...

Hi Julie,
As a repeater coordinator of 40+ years experience, I would say that
it's -highly- unlikely that the deviation of any your local repeaters are
exceeding +/- 5kHZ. This has been the commercial and amateur
standard for decades.
Trivia: Florida's first repeater (Tampa) was built in my sho
on't know how many straps have been sent with the pad
on the strap incorrectly, hence this posting to the reflector.
I apologize for the bandwidth.

Hi Ed,
Is the 25H a new addition to the Bird product line, or did you have
it custom made.?

How about a permanent move of the Elecraft net
to 30M? That would END the issue of contest
week-end QRM ... to the net, at least ... and the
resultant carping on the reflector.

Hi Ron,
I tried an LDG tuner operated remotely in an enclosure at the base of a
125'

I had two failures, and even though LDG fixed the tuner under warranty,
I gave up and sold it. They couldn't ... or wouldn't ... tell me the

I'm fortunate ... the fans in mine (S/N 0056) are not

Hi John,
Could the switch actually be a DPST and wired to -open- when the
switch is depressed? There are some musical (band) applications
where this would be the case.
