So it is not a "real" .STEP file?STEP should preserve the lines and arcs and be 100% zero loss. STL on the other hand is normally a mesh. For example if you export to STEP then I import to Fusion I SHOULD be able to change the dimension of a hole and it will resize. I've imported a zillion

I just read the code you posted. My opinion now is that these modeled pulleys are "good enough" if you print them on a machine that has 0.1mm accuracy.Belts are made of rubber and will work if the fit is even close. But real pulleys you buy have better tooth profiles. I'm reading about GT3
