For BIS, in the portal there is to Synchronize deleted items from mailbox and phone...or something to the like. On the phone you have to go to email options and make sure that the delete on option is set to mailbox and handheld. BIS will then delete messages from outlook that you have deleted

I agree, good thing the folks at Sunbelt are working towards an option there. We do enjoy the tight integration with Exchange within Outlook, but there are caveats with every software. We are blocking RBL's and doing lookups at the firewall so it helps tremendously. -Original
