Another thing to remember, besides the 66mHz bus speed, is the limited graphics chip. The Wallstreet and Lombard use the older Rage Pro architecture. The Pismo and Rev.A Tibook use the Rage128 Mobility. It's noticeably faster. It's not as fast as the Radeon, but it's much faster than the Rage

All I have on my Pismo is OS X v.10.2.3, no OS 9 at all. I just upgraded the RAM and hard drive to 768MB/40GB 5400rpm but I had been running a 400MHz/320MB/10GB for about a year and it has been very well, I can't stand to work in 9 on it so I just took it off. 10.2 is very snappy for me.

The PowerBook is secured with a nylon strap running between the back cushion and seat underneath and back up to the front of the seat. Then I buckle it together after crossing the strap over the PowerBook over the On/Off button area. The strap is about 3/4 inch wide so this allows me to cover
