My Wallstreet has S-Video out.
You need an S-Video cable and
an S-Video external appliance such as TV.
I found that it was a little fussy about the sync between TV on and
booting etc.
But, in the end since the S-Video port is hotswappable

I seem to remember it coming with my first G4 867. It was on the OS 9
partition and I think there was one in OS X too. This was under
10.1...I haven't seen it since on 10.2 or 10.3.
