Display quality ibook vs. powerbook

Looking for opinions on the display quality of the current generation iBook and Powerbook. Realizing LCD size, aspect ratio, screen resolution and video components are different, does the Powerbook give an appreciably better picture for everyday use and playing DVDs, or is the difference

I use both an iBook G4 and a 15 aluminium PBG4 regularly. The PowerBook's display is vastly better than the iBook's. Viewing angle is much wider (very useful when watching DVDs while lying down, as it's hard to get exactly the right vertical angle), there's much more colour definition, and the

Stout just started it this year and I really don't know about all of the other schools in the UW system, but they are firm about having to purchase a PC. Students that are in the Arts get a Mac instead, but they also get no choice, even though they already are getting the best laptop for the job.
