All,
I am hearing French on 1700 kHz with religious hymns. Very calm
speaking from the announcers and a mixed choir on the religious music.
It's not a multiple of anything as far as I can tell, no French Canadian
stations on there, and it seems to have a Caribbean accent to it.

Never had them not be hearable before. Went through about 40 minutes of
rig/antenna checking before I asked too.

on 9819.8. Very weak, and definitely not Chinese. ORF came on at

without any programming. The Happy Habsburgs stomped all over that
