The -sport number & the +port number cannot be the same as stated qyite
awhile ago by Alfred because the port would already be in use.
Also, if you have more then one server running, you can't use the same -sport
for both as it won't work.

What you could do is leave the password out. That's what I do with my clan &
no one else can log in unless they're using the steamid that's listed. This
includes tag protection. That way you don't need the adminpass file. It's
worked flawlessly for us.

You can easily create those files to stop that error from coming up without
waiting to ban someone.
Just open notepad & name it as listip.cfg & banned.cfg & save them in the hl1
mod folder.

With the second last css server update, VAC2 was enabled by default & the
-vacbeta command is now ignored. If you don't want to run VAC2, change

"Apparently" VAC2 is enforcing vac1 bans now. As in, if someone is banned by
VAC1, they are banned from VAC2 untill their time expires.

VAC flags accounts when it detects cheat code on said account & bans at a
later date. Uninstalling won't do any good as the infraction has already been
recorded.

If you're running XP, go to control panel>system>advanced>error
reporting>disable
error reporting. That will stop that popup.

Are these tracers the same as trails like a meteor has? if so, it may be
taxing on the cpu.

Has anyone else experienced this with a tfc server using the VAC2 beta?
Since I added it, mine has crashed repeatedly without error. It just closes.
