IMSLP keeps every uploaded score locked until somenone of their team
verifies it. When they were coming back after their long shutdown you
got this message with almost every single score. Be patient, it will
become available in a few hours or days.

12 bassoons (could be 16 as in this performance)

9 trumpets (3 players per part)

A simple Korg MA 30 with more than enough functions for most of us can be
had for $15-25 either online or in most local music shops.
I have one and are very happy with it. It can be set loud enough to be heard
over your own playing and has several options of rhythmic subdivions.

audio sample as well (Most concertos from Barry Tuckwell's baroque
concertos recording can be found here)
Almost all baroque music will be easy on the ears of th
few months, definitely check
imslp.org too. The site is huge, and I plan on adding a few scans of
19th century horn music myself ;) )

now owns what's left of Musica Rara, which published the 2 horns &

connection with B, early 19th century hornists used E# (Mi dièse) to
name the E natural crook.
To find the transposition out for sure look at the score. If the strings
have around five sharps, B natural is indeed the right transposition. If
they do not have any sharps, (or thirteen), transpose i
` ~ " ' ^ symbols followed by
the letter you want them combined with. Don't forget to use -space- if
you want the symbol itself ;)
