Hi Kimber, My experiences with Avast scans is that you have to use the Jaws Cursor to read the information during the scan. This isn't too hard to do, it just takes a little practice. You can access the scan statistics from the scan report from the desktop or the system tray. Roger -

Hi Kimber, Just remember that the most important thing about the antivirus game is keeping viruses out of your computer. Avast is the guard at the door. If Avast encounters a virus, it makes a siren soundand warning message. It is comforting to know that every e-mail coming into your system

Hi Kimber, I only had an e-mail with a virus one time. Avast gives you choices how to deal with it. One choice always is to delete it and another choice is to put it in the chest (vault), or quarantine it. I think it is best to delete it instead of dancing with it another time. Roger -
