In comparison to 7.5 there is a opening lag, quite noticeable and occasionally it gives me a not responding. I am running a Windows 7 64bit with 8 GB of memory. I have exactly the same number of persons in 7.5 so that has no bearing. Maintenance has been done. Programs running has no bearing
