If I have this storage in the guest, I have CPU at 100%. If I decrease storage
in the guest (and reduce SGA), it increases access to dasd, and bad response
time.
Any help is welcome.

I think that the default is to omit some of the YaST modules on a s390 type
install. In any case, I do the following from an RPM.
Edit /etc/sysconfig/clock. Set the variables per the comments.
Run /sbin/SuSEconfig.
