I have a COL system running stock 2.4.5 kernel with Win4Lin and ext3 patches
applied. Granted, the filesystems were ext2 at one time, but my entire
system is now ext3 and I use grub..

Somehow I disabled the text menu items on my Konquerer browser. Only have

Thanks for the thoughts. Just finished installing 7.1 (helium?) on the
portable and the _first_ thing I noticed was the aliases. Ick.

I've downloaded the Caldera EWorkstation 3.1 ISO, burned to a CD, and
used the RPMS from it to upgrade a pre-exisiting eDesktop 2.4 system.
Things seem to be working fine on that system for a while now.
