Make is your friend. I collaborate on dropbox with make-unfriendly computer-unsavvy people, make is not an option - and this is not such an uncommon case I guess! Instead, an _editable_ file format that __guarantees__ you have all is needed to compile the file is a haven for data integrity

Image conversion

nting a program, so I'm including screenshots. I used KSnapshot to capture the graphics and that saves the files in PNG format. If there's a better way to do this, please let me know. I've looked through the documentation and the LyX Tips page, but I couldn't find any information on image conversion. TIA, Roberto

was no change. I also tried "\interfootnotelinepenalty=1" like it says in the LyXTips page, and both commands using \AtBeginDocument, but nothing worked. Could Babel be getting in the way? How about the fancyhdr package? That's all I could think of. Thanks again. >
