They are both in the list of commands you can assign to the notepad or the
trackpad. If you have neither, try the video HH helping you and type in drag
and drop and you'll find these commands.

Most of the time, vo-shift-m does the trick. If you need to simulate
an actual right click, or ctrl-click, you can do it. Unfortunately, I
don't remember the exact keystroke for this, but key describer should
help when you consider that vo-shift-space is a left click.

Your trash folder is a hidden folder under your account, which means that its
name starts with a period -- these are also referred to as "dot" files. You
can navigate to your trash folder in Finder using the Command-Shift-G "Go to
folder" shortcut if you type into the text field:
~/.
The trash is in the username folder on your hard drive. For example, on
my machine I am cblouch so my trash is in
/Users/cblouch/.Trash
Note the period before the name Trash. Files and folders that start with
a period are hidden from the Finder.

Is there a way to set something up so that when a file with a certain
extensions are moved to an other folder?.
My goal is to get all apps to be moved out of trash so I can safely empty tras
There you go, I was missing that point. Once I turned Quick Nav off, the right
arrow expanded and the left arrow collapsed.

Yes I am using SquareSpace with Voice Over on a mac. As I mentioned I am on
