Well, I have an activity to enable quicknav in safari and chrome, and it works. It is slow, causing a delay of 1-2 seconds when I switch to or from those apps, but it works. That said, I set it up in Mountain Lion (at least I think I did). I don't toggle the numpad commander, only quicknav. Have
