Does anyone know where i can download this from and have instructions on making
it work? I’m either losing my mind or i just can’t find it if someone could
give me this info i’d appreciate it. I’ve never used it with apple script so if
someone could suggest things for me here i’d appreciate it.

Editing: I'm not sure, but I know Script Editor has some odd problems in auto
save. Actually, that's much of the reason I haven't worked on the scripts in a
while; I once lost a *lot* of changes that I had to rewrite. Try save anyway,
and be very sure you're working on a *copy* of the scripts, n

Can the Auto Save be turned off? I tried doing a normal save but it
seems that Auto Save still wants to get involved. I also will be in the
habit of saving copies of edited scripts to a thumb drive.

project. I don't know why OS10.9 broke the ram script, but the rest should
still work. However, I have found that the scripts now take a very long time to

Right now it uses the due date. Basically, any overdue reminders that cause a
number to appear on the Reminders app are the ones that the script picks up. I
have not played with this enough to know if the "remind me date" will do
anything different from the "due date", but by all means, set up r
inders, like those due today.

I thought I had included Mike's signature in an earlier email, but apparently

questions are these one how do I get your latest software? To because I do not
monitor my Gmail box regularly as in the one that I read first whene

that the total RAM seems to vary a bit, but always within a few MB of my total

comment/feature request.
1. When I'm not connected to any wifi network the Say Wifi script outputs, "You
are connected to at DbM". It would be great if you could make this instead say
something like, "You are not currently connect
One more issue. The bluetooth script only ever seems to announce the name of
one paired device, even though I have several paired. The device announced
changes each time.

I only have one device I can pair (my iPhone refuses to pair) so I can't test
this. However, I temporarily changed the script from reading only connected
devices to reading all stored devices, and the list was read out as expected.

Re the mute status, you're absolutely right. I was stupidly imagining VoiceOver
to somehow work when the system sound was muted, but I guess this isn't
possible. In that case, forget what I said about the system mute.

I added the extra keyword to the mute script anyway. If nothing else,
deaf-blind users, or those using braille, might find it helpful to know if
sound is coming from their machines or not, so customizing the template would
be useful.

Activity Monitor is a great app built into all Macs. Open it up, go to the
toolbar and then into the view group, and choose the memory button. Get out of
the toolbar and you can see not only a table of all your apps and how much

Not only do you have the usual virtual memory/swap but there is also now
compressed memory so what's free and used is even more murky. About Tech

There are several programs in usr bin that end in stat that are better for
scripting and screen readers not sure what understands the current system. I
used to use vmstat and memstat quite a bit. I would check but my computer
