Sadly it's not working out for me on Text Edit. I have tried all the

Also, I don't want to open the document in a web brouzer. This is because I

Hi
What is the best way to read book length documents on Mac?

Hey all, I am finding when I use TextEdit and I step away for a minute, my Mac
may go to the LockScreen. When I come back and unlock it, VoiceOver will not
read inside the text and a document. I need to turn VoiceOver off and on again.
Does anyone know why this is happening? Anything I can do
also, in the Text Edit info, it does say version 1.5 and last modified in

Thanks. I’m hoping this is a temporary problem. I’m doing some file

Thanks. I can’t find the line separator but it saves a step to do the
newline. option-t produces “dagger.” Since VO normally says “tab” when

Also, if this is something you are regularly doing then creating a sed or perl

Hello Donna,
The commands you’re thinking about are Go to first or last visible item and Go

makes sense for a VO user who normally doesn’t care what’s visible or not. So
