Billy, So, according to the files you sent me, before the database can be created, it is throwing a -7017, or a User not allowed error. The output of your dbmsrv file matches pretty much exactly what it should be, so in my mind that rules out some sort of protocol incompatibility. The Solution

I'm logged in as a local machine administrator & a domain administrator. Is there some security on a service (ie: XServer) that I need to change to have a login as instead of it using the default account (localsystem). Would this security affect the command line utility dbmcli as well? Thank
