The only way would be via analogue outputs/inputs. Since compact cassette is not a digital format, there is no way of doing it digitally. So get behind your MD deck, take the 2 RCA outputs (left and right) and plug them into the left and right inputs of your tape recorder (assuming it is a

For the firs time I tried to charge my new Sharp 323. I am using 220/110-120V voltage convertor. It didnt charge at all. I tried my old ST501's adapter to see what happens, it started to charge the unit. I wrote a mail to minidisco and as always I received a quick answer. (I love those guys)
