If the label came from a school counselor, then they most likely are not
qualified to make a medical diagnosis. As Donald suggest, best let someone

Have you used any HF sockets or wrenches lately? About all my sockets and my
metric wrench set are all HF. To get the caliper bolts off I put my 19mm wrench
on and wail on it with a 3# hammer. Its not bent or messed up in any way that I
