I have a new-to-me '85 300TD. That means a 617 turbo motor. There's a puzzling problem with it. It won't idle when it's cold (it dies) and it barely has enough power to cross the air compressor hose. Once it warms up even for a couple minutes, it's idles fine. Also, it starts right up at -5 C (20
