A good floor jack helps a lot. You can do one side at a time. (If your Diff mount is ok and you don't plan to replace it.) Put the rear up on jackstands. Then put the jack under the differential to support it as you pull the bolts on one side. Lower the diff, then remove the old subframe

Got a shipment yesterday of misc. stuff and decided to replace the intake seal rings on both my '84 300D '85 300TD. As it turned out, this required most of the afternoon as even though I used a hair dryer to heat it up the seal ring for the intake to the air cleaner was a real BEAR. G. M.
