That is a easy one! :) after you apply black shellac or other gel polish and cure it. Remove the tacky layer then gently buff with a soft block buffer. Remove any dust by cleaning nail with alchol and apply top coat to french out the tips. You can also take a striping brush dip it into top coat

Most likely it's air bubbles. Not enough glue. I really load the full coverage tip with glue, hold it cuticle edge down and slide it up to the cuticle, then rock it down onto the nail and squish all the extra glue out under the free edge. Don't press too hard, hold firmly for 20 seconds, turn th
